Trash delivery service Trash customer support
So, I ordered the CCA Phoenix on 2nd September, and the expected delivery date was 5th September. So far, so good.
But on the 5th, the delivery couldn’t happen because it was raining that day. Fine, “koi ni.” I understood.
The same thing happened on the 6th. I thought, “koi ni, road block hoga.” Still understandable.
But on the 7th, I received a message saying “Consignee was not available.”
That’s when I contacted their support number. They told me, “Sir, hum kal karwa denge.”
Me: “Koi ni.”
The next day? Same thing.
“Consignee was not available.”
At this point, I was genuinely fed up. I was at home 24/7, my phone was always on, and I hadn’t received a single call from any delivery guy. Not even one attempt to contact me.
I tried calling their support again, but this time they either didn’t pick up or straight-up cut the call while I was explaining the issue.
So, on 10th September, I finally said, “I don’t want the product anymore. Please refund my money because if you’re unable to deliver the product, I don’t see a reason to keep waiting.”
They told me the refund would be initiated around 14th–15th September, after their process was completed.
And then the waiting game began.
One day passed.
Second day passed.
Third day passed.
Finally, on 17th September, I received my refund.
Honestly, in my opinion, the delivery & service experience was absolutely trash.
I can’t comment on how good or bad the CCA Phoenix actually is because, well… I never got the damn product.
What makes it even more ironic is that on 17th September, I ordered the same product from Headphone Zone, and I’m supposed to receive it tomorrow. So yeah, maybe I’ll finally get to find out whether the IEM is actually worth the hype just not through audiostore delivery service.
