I had not really thought about the Avenue before and considered them just another estate agents; I was wrong. The dedicated time from Martin was outstanding, he was always there, always supporting and finding out a solution and way forward. He pushed things forward, provided useful local contacts and contacted me even after office hours on updates. Gone are the days of visiting the office or ringing the estate agents only to be told they are out or unavailable. I dealt with one person, who knew what was going on and he always got back to me. Martin is passionate about what he does, is friendly and helpful.

From the start they offer a modern selling experience with in-depth knowledge of pricing current market. the use of video drones and social media really helped to produce a quality video and pictures. as well as honest advice on little things to improve to sell the house. really worked we sold our house after a month having been on the market with previous agent for over 6 months with no viewings . the whole team worked hard and setup WhatsApp chat where we could communicate and get quick responses. would highly recommend them.

Emma and the team were brilliant from day one. Professional, thoughtful and supportive but also super practical and friendly throughout. We found the whole process to be a breeze with their help and advice - and they went above and beyond to make things easy and calm for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends (in fact we did!).

Emily was a breath of fresh air to work with on the purchase of our house, constant communication - never had to ask for updates as she was in regular contact. Personable, professional and clearly loves what she does! :)

Henry was excellent throughout the transaction. Despite having to deal with very difficult clients, Henry was helpful, supportive, persistent and totally professional.
We would definitely use him should we ever move again.

We cannot recommend Henry Teal and The Avenue enough. We had been on the market for 5 months with barely any engagement. Henry had done his research on our house and knew more about it than we did. We loved the photos and the personal videos that he did, they really elevated our home and made our house really stand out from the competition. His after sales service was still amazing even though the fruits of his labour actually prompted a buyer from when we were up with a different agent. He still negotiated the sale and handed it over no quibble to our original agent. We thought this showed amazing integrity.

Only if it were possible to give more than 5 stars! Bailee was very professional and proactive all through my home purchase process, helping to chase all parties involved until we completed. The service however didn't stop there! I had some problems that needed sorting out after we moved in and in true Bailee fashion, he sorted it out which was an immense help to us. My experience with Bailee has been the absolute best and I highly recommend him and his agency (The Avenue) if you ever want to sell or purchase your property 👌

Bailee was super helpful. We aren’t looking to sell our property but we’re keen to get a rough idea on value. He was super helpful & gave us a lot of detail. He definitely sets himself apart from the other agents in the area!

Henry was an incredible agent throughout a long & tough process. Always remained positive, went above & beyond to ensure the sale completed, offering suggestions & explanations to the buyer, putting everyone at ease.
I would highly recommend him to everyone, you can really tell he cares about his clients.

Henry went above and beyond by chasing all involved throughout the whole chain and all of the solicitors and even chased esbc for our documents which were needed. Super responsive and helpful in answering queries whenever they arose. Kept me fully up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble for Henry.

My fiancé and I bought our first house with The Avenue and were blown away with the quality of the service. Emma and her team were fantastic every step of the way, were in constant communication with us and were so supportive. The creation of a WhatsApp group with a dedicated liaison was a fantastic idea and really helped speed things along which would normally get bogged down with solicitors. A superbly friendly experience overall, professional at every stage and most importantly Martin sold our property within hours of it going on the market right from the get go.
