Immediate response on ordering the Humantool saddle seat was much appreciated. Product was delivered in two days which I thought was super-fast and the saddle seat is great, finding it extremely comfortable and has already eased tension in my lower back and can feel the benefit of my hips being positioned in a more open alignment. Update, the back shop got in touch straight away and informed us that we would not have to pay to send the product back, by this point we had fixed the fault. The company then informed us they would be sending us a free replacement as well. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Ordering was easy and the Lumber roll turned up quickly. However the strap on the back was broken. When I looked at the returns policy it said we have to pay for the return, the lumber roll was only £23 so it would not be worth our while sending it back. One of the teachers will be stitching it

Order dispatched promptly arrived in a couple of days, only little 'hitch' was the VAT form, but dealt with very well.

Having suffered an office chair that apparently is well suited to most people's backs long enough I was on the lookout for a lumbar support with an amount of flexibility and sitting partner fits the bill perfectly and I finally manage to get through a days work without the usual back, neck and shoulder pain, bliss! Though be warned it takes a bit getting used to and some of my back muscles weren't all to pleased to begin with. In terms of customer service, I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order so phoned the customer service to find out my order is already on the way, less than 12 hrs after ordering. The courier service kept me up to date and was probably the most reliable considering we live in a remote location and have to rely on safe location delivery.
