They sold me “body scrub” and it was just a fake label, under it, the real label said what it actually was, a clay face mask!!!

I placed an order (£40 in value) and only received 4 out of the 5 items... the missing one being the most expensive item @£14.99. I contacted their customer support to say I loved the products I'd received but sadly one was missing could they please rectify this as soon as possible to be met with a reply asking for proof of the missing item... they wanted photos of how my order arrived, the packing slip and photos of the items received which made me feel they did not believe me. I replied to say there was no packing slip inside the box to which they replied "how strange" again as if to suggest I am not being honest. I was told they could not send me the missing item until they had studied their CCTV footage of their packing stations to see what had happened before they would correct THEIR error. So basically until we have proof you are telling the truth we are not sending you the product you've already paid for. Why do they need to know what happened before giving me peace of mind that I've not lost £14.99 on a product I haven't received??? It's obvious what happened - their packer forgot to put it in the box. Why the big investigation over one product? I'm hardly going to go to great lengths to lie about not receiving one out of five items.

I have run my own online retail business and this is not how I would treat any customer let alone a new one who you would hope will become a regular one. Why not give your customers the benefit of the doubt as soon as they raise the error given all that it would cost to pop another in the post before carrying out an investigation into what went wrong your end. Instead of upsetting the customer to the extent they won't ever place another order and will tell their friends to avoid your business too.

They have finally sent me the missing product but only after several emails chasing a satisfactory and prompt resolution and because I was able to show the item that was listed on a label stuck to the front of the box (I guess this was the missing packing slip) had not been scored off like the other items I received had been. No fast tracked courier either to make up for the delay and no apology was forthcoming once I was able to provide this strict acceptable proof of their mistake, just told begrudgingly they had now raised a new order to send my missing product. Very unimpressed with their rude attitude and will not be ordering again.

Hand sanitiser’s are really poor quality.
I ordered 4 different ones even though they smell really nice the packaging really lets them down. One leaked in the box, one leaked in my work uniform pocket and the other one was in my kitchen and in the hot weather the plastic container expanded so much it cracked and leaked everywhere. Really poor quality. Will not be buying again.

I love these sanitisers! The raspberry one is my favourite. I have a few, any time anyone uses it they always comment. I have had to buy some for people as they love it. Have tried the boujee one also which is lovely as is the love hearts. The fairy dust has a strong smell but is nice. I also tried the whipped soap which was lovely but just a little expensive.

Ordered the hand sanitizers - they smell lovely and do what they say on the tin, not sticky etc.
Size of hand sanitizers is great, packaged lovely and arrived quickly!

Only slight negative is I don’t feel it’s very ‘sanitizer’ as In I don’t feel the clean it just feels like spraying perfume on hands?

Other than that great all round!

Never received my order, sent via Yodel. They said they had posted it through my door which they hadnt instead they left it in a hallway of a block of flats and now its gone missing. I live on the second floor so prob too lazy to walk upstairs. So now I am without my order and £20 down. I have emailed B Collection so let's see how they resolve this, Yodel don't want to know! Rubbish courier service!

I never normally leave reviews, but after buying the b collection lash serum I have to. I have never been so disappointed in a product that I have brought. I have tried a few lash serums, including UK lash, and no other lash serum has made my eyes sting like this one! I have tried using it a few times, using different ways of applying, trying to use just a little product to see if that helps - but every single time I end up running to the sink desperately trying to wash my eyes out.

For something that is branded natural, I cannot understand why this would happen? I won’t be trying it again.

As I said, I rarely leave reviews for anything however I feel the need to express my experience with this product.

My first order was lost by the courier Evri, having never been scanned into their system. I emailed the B collection about this but a week passed with no response which was disappointing.

They thankfully resent the whole order, again with evri, but when I received it the box looked like it had been broken then hastily repaired by the couriers. Two of my items didn’t arrive, which the company said they would refund.

Disappointing to see evri is the only courier option, when they are so badly reviewed nationally.

As for the products themselves, the hand sanitisers smelled very pleasant, though keep in mind they are quite strong. The lip scrub is fantastic but the body spray was too overpowering (free gift, not ordered) so I gave it away. Scent was “fairy dust”, it smells like strong, crushed up sweets, candy floss etc.

Really wanted to try the lip balms but these were the items that didn’t arrive.

I would buy from the B collection again if an alternative courier option was provided, as I really enjoy the hand sanitizer and lip scrub. While the customer service team did everything they could to fix the issues with the courier service, their responses were a bit slow.

I bought their tan water and used as stated and had a reaction to it. My eyes were sore for 3 days and my arms were sore to touch.
When I let them know of this they didn't really care. Didn't even offer a refund or a gift note etc. I liked their brand but this has put me off.
