Predatory cancelation policies
The product itself appears as advertised. I can't really say it shows noticeable results. It's not very clear at the time of purchase but you're actually buying a renewing subscription and the cancelation is difficult to the point of feeling predatory.

Outstanding customer service. In a rough patch of life I had issues with my charger for my trimmer and they stood up and said we got you. They went way above and beyond what I was expecting. They are legit in customer service. Buy from this company if you need beard products and a trimmer
Purchased as a gift for my boyfriend…
Purchased as a gift for my boyfriend but did not see any confirmation of subscribing for continued deliveries and charges. He only just started using it and so far he really likes the products. However I did not intend to continue for him and saw a subscription payment that I had no knowledge of. They quickly responded to my concern about it being deducted and canceled my order per my request and refunded me. Customer service is so important to me. If he enjoys the products after continued use I’m sure we will purchase again.

Bread club showed great customer service and professionalism when there was an issue with my shipping address.
