Very nice sign for 3 words. Already assembled. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that customs duties have been charged in Germany since Brexit. This makes the sign another € 20 more expensive.

The sign arrived on time, but I was disappointed with its overall look and finish. The slate has big, ugly patches all over it that look like stains or grease marks. I contacted the company to ask for a refund since I cannot use the sign due to its poor appearance. I received a reply a few days later saying that my sign matched the website preview that I approved when I ordered and that because the slate is natural, this marking is typical. Comparing the website preview and the sign delivered, there is a vast disparity in appearance, and the response is extremely disappointing. I shall return the natural slate to the ground. Just be aware that what you see and approve on the preview may not be what arrives.

Beautiful house name sign, thick slate, nicely engraved and painted. Very happy! Wish it had come with better hidden fixings, they were quite awkward to fit.

I am happy with the sign I received, however, the quality definitely could have been better. There were paint drops on the slate where there shouldn’t have been and the paintwork was generally a bit messy. I managed to scrape off the excess paint and make it look ok as it was a present for my husband, but I would have expected it to be cleaned up before posting. The slate itself is nice and chunky and feels high quality so overall I am happy.

I liked the look of these slate house numbers on the website because they seemed good quality and made to last. Now I have received the product and placed it, I am very happy - it is solid, durable and looks very good.

Initially sign was delivered slightly different than requested. Emailed the company followed by a swift reply and a replacement sign was sent within a few days. Great customer service!
