Amazing service and happy to send overseas.

Leonardo kept us updated the entire time making this experience a lot more relieving. Ordering overseas from Australia was something I’ve never done before so I was a bit nervous, but Leonardo ensured that everything was going smoothly. My package is in pristine condition and I couldn’t be happier!!

I had a fantastic experience ordering my stroller from Italy to Canada. The manager, Leonardo, was extremely friendly and professional, answering all my questions and even adding extra parts (adapters) to my order to ensure everything was compatible. The shipping process was incredibly fast, and I was kept updated every step of the way. I am very impressed with both the speed of delivery and the high quality of the product. Excellent communication when I had questions or concerns. Leonardo let me know where my product was and if there were any issues during transit for the international order to Texas. My product was purchased during the holiday season and had been on back order from Recaro however this is where Leonardo’s excellent and prompt communication allowed me to plan accordingly.

Excellent and responsive customer service. Also one of the only baby supply places in Europe that ships to the U.S.

It took some time, but the item arrived safely and exactly as expected.
If you are in a hurry or expect Amazon-level speed, this shop may not be the best fit.
But if you don’t mind waiting a bit, it’s a very good place to buy from.

I ordered a Peg Perego Tatamia Follow Me highchair for my first grandson and had a very positive experience with The Best Baby Catalogue.

Ordering online was easy, and the international delivery cost from Milan to Adelaide was reasonable. There were unexpected delays due to strikes and other unforeseen circumstances, which was disappointing, especially so close to Christmas.

What really made the difference was the customer service. Once I got in touch by email, Leonardo was fantastic. He was friendly, responsive, and followed up every step of the way. Despite the delays being outside their control, he did everything possible to keep things moving and kept me well informed.

The highchair arrived on Christmas Eve, which was incredibly special for our family. I was absolutely thrilled and very grateful for the care and effort shown throughout.
