I booked my international flight through Thebestticketfare after comparing prices on several websites, and I’m glad I chose them. At first, I had a few questions about baggage allowance and transit time, so I contacted their support team. They were patient, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly before confirming the booking. I received my e-ticket and all travel details properly, and there were no surprises later. The follow-up from their team also made me feel reassured. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and I would definitely consider using their service again in the future

They have taken money for flights. Sent what looked like a genuine confirmation and eticket, which initially was recognised used by the airline. Now airline say it is cancelled and this company are not contactable by phone, email or online chat on website. It would appear they have run off with money.

Cette entreprise est une arnaque pure et simple. Voici notre expérience :
Nous avions réservé un vol aller-retour via leur site. Le prix affiché en dollars canadiens était extrêmement bas, environ 200$ de moins que toutes les autres plateformes. Ça semblait être une bonne affaire.
Au moment de la réservation, nous avons fourni notre carte de crédit. Une fois la transaction terminée, un numéro de confirmation est brièvement apparu à l’écran, avec le montant total.
Mais ensuite : aucun courriel de confirmation, aucune facture, aucun reçu. Plus rien. Comme si la réservation n’avait jamais existé….
Peu après, nous recevons un courriel étrange nous demandant de les contacter d’urgence pour discuter des « conditions » de notre billet, afin de « vérifier que tout correspond à nos attentes ». Très louche.
Puis, ils ont commencé à nous relancer sans arrêt – par téléphone et par courriel, à au moins cinq reprises. Insistance totale.
Quand on finit par parler à quelqu’un, il pousse fortement pour nous “upgrader”, en sortant une série d’arguments flous. Et c’est là que tombe la bombe : le prix affiché n’était pas en dollars canadiens, mais en dollars américains.
➡️ C’est clairement de la tromperie.
Heureusement, nous avons pu bloquer la transaction à temps. Mais tout dans leur approche sent la manipulation, la pression et la fraude bien organisée.
👉 NE FAITES PAS AFFAIRE AVEC EUX.
Protégez-vous. Réservez avec des compagnies fiables.

So, don’t get tempted by the cheap prices and stay clear…They are promotional prices and they’re unlikely to honour that. You should expect an email or a call within 24/48 hours that the airline hasn’t got seats left at this price and if you still want to go ahead you’ll have to pay X amount of money (£278 in my case) on top of whatever you’ve initially paid.
My advice would be always use your credit card instead of debit card if you’re a UK customer because that way you will have a peace of mind that you’ll eventually get your money back from this company.
I have been told today that it’s going to take 7-10 business days for my refund to process however, I’m not holding my breath.
Remember if it’s too good to be true, it’s NOT true….
Update: Received my refund on 4th February 2025. I’m going to change the 1 star to 2 stars for all the unwanted stress.

Absolutely agree with everything atrociously written about this company, they use viaglights.co.uk and ask for more money, they cancel before your flights due and still awaiting my refund that they have made every excuse under the sun not to refund ie: it’s an issue with stripe, there is an issue technically which I am sure when they take your money it will be in their bank account that day but not in yours, check the bank for your refund it should be in within such and such a date that never comes. Watchdog, fraudulent company needs to be named and shamed robbing people of their money and unwilling to return when they cancel the flights. Never give this company your money! Bunch of liars !

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Found them through JETTY search engine. Once booked they call you and say pay through email link they'll send you. You pay then a couple days later they call saying you owe more because the airline tickets for economy is sold out so need to upgrade and can't get money back because terms and conditions so you end up paying extra amount. Then they send you email with confirmation and flight details. Go to the airport and find out it's all a SCAM!!!! Call up they say airlines cancelled the flights so full refund will be issued. never received!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!

I am not the person who usually writes reviews however what I went through the pain, I don’t want anyone else to feel like that, usually I am the person who buys tickets from reliable sites, I saw this site showing the same tickets I wanted very cheap, I paid for it and bought the tickets online, I get an email a day later saying my tickets has not been confirmed and if I still want to go and the tickets I need to pay extra and buy the tickets, when I spoke to them they said oh these things happens sometimes your tickets don’t get confirmed, I was very disappointed angry with them, I should have just asked for the refund then, I paid extra for the tickets, I waited 2 days for the tickets, after asking for the ticket email after email, finally I got the tickets, when I first checked online with Qatar airlines my tickets was there, just a week before I was going I checked the status of my flight it said there isn’t any tickets under my name, I contacted Qatar airlines asking them why isn’t my ticket available after them checking I was told my ticket was voided by the agency I booked with, when I contacted this fraud company asking them why it was cancelled without my permission, I get told oh it’s not us and maybe the airline did, after arguing so much I finally asked for a refund they still tried to convince me that they will buy another ticket for me and give my ticket straight away, like I was going to trust them again, this does not end here I was told I will get my refund 7/10 days after 10 days still no refund, I email asking why I have not received my refund yet, I get told they will
Process soon, at the end of this I had to get my credit card company involved and they got my refund, luckily I paid with credit card, please do not use this company they are a scam fraud company,
