I started seeing Stafford at The Better Sleep Clinic 15 weeks ago, and when I say it's the best thing I’ve ever done, I mean it.
With the stresses of life I started to develop insomnia, it progressively got worse to the point where I felt like I’d not slept for nights on end. I knew there had to be a fix, I just didn't have the tools to do it.
I'd tried, sleeping pills, naturopaths, health shop remedies, taking time off work, doctor visits and nothing seemed to work, and if it did work it wouldn't be for a substantial period of time.
Then I found The Better Sleep Clinic. From my second appointment I’d already noticed drastic improvements in my sleep. Stafford was so knowledgeable and kind, and for the first time I felt like someone genuinely understood what I was going through.
He gave me practical, evidence-based tips and tricks I could do to deal with the physical and emotional side of insomnia; knowledge I will forever be grateful for and have with me for the rest of my life.
I could write a whole novel on why I think this is the bee’s knees but will leave it here, 10/10 couldn't recommend it enough.
One tip from me is, try to go into it with the right mindset and be willing to apply the tips and tricks given (which I’m sure you'll be willing to try anything to fix your sleep haha)
