I wish these were about years ago. Have always been a British Gas customer but been a pensioner saving money has to come before loyalty. This company has saved me money already and keep telling my sons to use them.

Everything was undertaken in an easy, stress less manner. All I had to do was online and very simple. The follow up was quick and efficient, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Big Deal.

I registered for The Big Deal after seeing the advert on TV. They keep sending e-mails when they have good deals. I actually stayed with my energy provider, however they still got me a better deal and now save £40 a month. A massive £480 over the year. It couldn't be easier, they do all the hard work for you and you just sign up and pay less. You're not hassled by anyone either. I was with British Gas and London electricity for years and was confused by all the rates etc. So avoided switching. The Big Deal negotiated a great deal and for the last two years I have paid less for my gas and electric and my payments have decreased again this year. Very happy. Mad not to!

I found switching so easy through Big Deal that other than give my details I had not a lot else to do but sit back and let it happen Everything went to plan and i will now see the savings i hope to make come together

i did not change till the big deal and glad i did so go for it change. stop the money grabbing big six from ruling the gas and electric power. change get a better deal today right now.

First seen the advertisement of The Big Deal on national news paper so I made my switch using The Big Deal I almost half my energy bill they reminded me when deal end and tell me switch to the new one save money every yeas can't go wrong

Never being one for change I liked what I read about Big Deal and decided now was the time to start saving money on my gas and electricity. My bills were cut by about a third. Wish I had changed sooner. Thank you Big Deal.

I joined the Big Deal after encouragement from The Sun newspaper to seek a better deal for my energy supplies - and, boy, it was certainly worth it, saving me a couple of hundred pounds per year.

We changed power providers because they where over charging us , we went on to the big deal web site and registered and waited for the best deal we saved about £263:00 on both gas and electric , after we had moved provider we get a email once a month asking for a metre reading so we know how much we have used that month . Very pleased with the saving

From start to finish it all went smoothly. Good communication and when I phoned to arrange a specific time slot for delivery (10-2) to suit an elderly relative it was no problem! The delivery men were very pleasant & helpful so all in all a great experience!

Having been with my previous supplier for 18 months before they folded before christmas i was at my wits end,nothing to worry about though TBD soon came up with an even better deal than i was on, can't praise them enough,will be my first pick from now on when i need to renew my energy deal.

It was so easy to change my suppliers through the big deal they kept in touch all the way through the process every step of the way always there and answered all my queries am sure I will save what forecast I received pleased I done it

Took this deal out last year through the big deal,was a good deal not to be missed and the big deal sorted everything out,staff was very friendly polite and helpful

I was very impressed with the regular and encouraging emails, keeping me informed. They came up with a monthly cost which was about half of what British Gas had calculated. The whole process was pretty much pain free.
