They r scammers they r buying cheap products from china n selling them lik 85 dollars. İts v360 pro camera they sents which is 20 dollar from alibaba, you can check it they are same. Blinky bot is not a brand they r not making them.

Absolute garbage! Don't do it! Took ages to arrive, you get no updates or details. Couldnt get it to work, couldnt get the app to work, stuffs in Chinese, they sent the wrong country charger, etc. Been trying for weeks now to get a refund and to return but they don't get back to you. Send many emails and nothing. Stuck with this paper weight and out of pocket. Fuming!

When my friend from California (we met on Mc) bought this so we can interact with each other in real time but as the delivery time came he didn't get anything, also their products were ripping of Enabot's products.

Product came as advertised! took a few days longer than expected, but the product itself was easy to setup (i got the expert version) very fun to use and extremely durable just like the videos lol.

Firstly, it came from China, bit sketchy for an American company but okay. '7-13 days' to be delivered. Actually it's a month. One entire month of waiting, there was me thinking wow this has to be amazing! Right? No. Felt like it just came in from the TEMU factory. The robot can barely even speak English. Really helpful for an English Speaking YouTube Channel. Box was damaged and it took 2 hours to try and set it up, but it doesn't! This product is shocking and now we will see if their 30day Money Back Guarantee works! Cause I bet it won't. Trustpilot, please add a negative stars feature exclusively for this product

***SCAM ALERT***I ordered The Blinky Bot thinking it was American-based. Low and behold, it was shipping from China. I emailed customer support and NO ONE answered my emails. It was a SCAM. It's a spy device made in China. Thats what you get for falling for the cute videos on social media. SAVE YOUR MONEY. It's NOT WORTH IT.

Awful! Constantly kicked out of app. Mic didn't work, customer service said to send pictures and videos of the issue.... Uh how?
Controls are pretty much useless. It takes forever to move it.
Also it came repackaged in a box that wasn't the manufacturer's box so I don't even know if it was new or not.
When I reached out to customer service asking for a refund they stopped replying to my emails and that's the only way to contact them.

Ordered the Blinky Bot Expert - what I got was an Enabot EBO SE.

Now, does the product work as advertised? Yes. It was easy to set up and rolls around with the use of a remote app. However, the fact that it's not the advertised product is enough of a red flag pointing that it's a scam front.

You can get the same products off of Amazon for a bit cheaper. Overall I was maybe scammed out of $20-30, but the weird experience was enough for me to say Please don't use this website.

Do not buy from them, they're a fake company that renamed the products of Enabot (EBO) as theirs.

Recently received my little robot. I was initially worried about how it would work and if it actually comes with the app so I can connect from an another country. Pleasantly surprised!! I was able to set up everything in a few minutes and the battery was already full to begin with. Functions as advertised, still need to test this with my boyfriend but it’s honestly very good for the price you pay
