Absolutely Top class customer service. So helpful for my query as I had ordered 20 white Lillies for my daughter’s wedding day, also being the hottest day of the year. Kate was so helpful and knowledgeable, Lillies were amazing too.

Ordered an expensive bouquet which was prepared the day before delivery during a 35° heatwave, spent 24h in the postal system, and arrived limp and very thirsty. Took some pleasure away from the initial surprise for the recipient, but luckily it perked up slightly to look more like the photo on the website. Suggest looking again at postal options or offer next day delivery at least.

This is the second flower subscription bought for a birthday present. The flowers are always beautiful & carefully packaged so that they arrive in great condition. The latest bouquet was hand-delivered from Chesterfield to Leicester to ensure it was delivered on the birthday as the company had been let down by their courier. The Blossomist goes above & beyond to ensure wonderful customer service.

A luxury bouquet for my birthday was delayed and arrived late with a squashed box and damaged roses.On reporting this,a replacement was received by 9.30 am the next day.
This bouquet is exquisite,vintage style and beautiful colour combinations.
