The Boiler Club have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

They came recommended to me and I haven’t been disappointed at all.

I am a landlady and it was important to make sure I was buying the right boiler and getting the right job done for myself and my tenants. Paul came out to do the inspection explained my options, He spent plenty of time with me and I was not not rushed in either making a decision on what to have or when to have the job done.

They gave me a very competitive price and I didn’t look any further because I had an idea of what I wanted and how much it might cost they have more than met my expectations.

The two engineers that did the install have got years and years of experience from working for British Gas. They did an excellent job were clean, efficient and tidy and overall did a brilliant job. I had to have some work done on the outside of the property where the old vent was and they had to replace some stone and render the wall to have it looked at originally it was absolutely spot-on. So impressed.

The boiler is a glowworm it’s really good and they installed a new shower and it is all working so well the water pressure is great the heating is great and I have two very happy tenants.

I was really worried about getting this job done and it being right and I have a five year guarantee with the club and this has really put my mind at rest because I know they’re just at the end of the phone.

The Boiler Club is absolutely excellent and provides a First Class Service. When I needed a new boiler I spoke to several people on recommendations but I did not feel confident in any way ranging from virtual surveys to possibly going under floorboards, taking up carpets and running gas pipes outside the house.
I then contacted the Boiler Club and spoke to Paul. Straightaway I felt confident and he came to do the survey. He explained everything fully and I instinctively knew I needed to look no further. I arranged the installation there and then.
Paul contacted me to arrange the delivery of the boiler etc and the gas engineers arrived as arranged.
Jed and John were the installers and I cannot praise them highly enough. They are professional and really take pride on their work. They completely respected my house and put dust sheets where needed. As I was changing from a gravity fed system to a Combi Boiler the hot water tank had to be removed etc and there was not one bit of mess. Their work is so clean and tidy and it was all done with no outside gas pipes or carpets and floorboards being taken up. The boiler has been relocated to a much better place on their recommendation and I was more than happy to take their advice. Apart from my new boiler you would never know they had been in the house. Everywhere was left so clean and tidy. They really are the best and explained everything fully to me.
They also offer an after care service with a yearly phone call for the servicing of the boiler. I am more than happy with this as it takes the stress out of organising it myself and I know that the service will be completed to the highest standard .
I would highly recommend THe Boiler Club without any hesitation. In my opinion they are the crème de is crème in their business.

I have recently had a new boiler and an indirect unvented cylinder fitted by the Boiler club. They have been exceptionally outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, high quality, professional and friendly service which works around your individual needs and is executed efficiently and to very high standards. Of all the quotes I had, this company stood out above the rest from the start. Unlike others, they invested time in carrying out a detailed initial site survey for a quote. Paul was extremely helpful, answered my questions and concerns clearly and to my complete satisfaction. He was always a phone call away throughout, both pre and post installation - exceptionally and impressively prompt with communication.
I had read positive reviews about Ged and John , the installation engineers. So when it came to installation, I requested if they could do the job for me. These two guys are not only exceptionally skilled and experienced gas engineers- they’re passionate about giving their best and executing to the highest professional standards. There was minimal disruption during the installation.They discussed openly and honestly any potential issues, explained different options with pros and cons which really helped to make informed decisions as and when needed and with total peace of mind. There were no unexpected surprises/costs once the work got underway. They’re the nicest and politest guys who happily go above and beyond. I cannot praise them enough. An excellent team!

Our current boiler blew and we had no heating or hot water for over 1 week with British gas unable to fix our boiler, we reached out and were contacted by Paul from the boiler company and within 2 working days we had a consultation and a new boiler installed. Ged who fitted it was a true professional and ex British Gas and he had our new boiler installed and left the house as he found it in know time. Many thanks can't thank you enough.

I was recommended to try The Boiler Club when I was thinking of getting a new boiler. Great service from start to finish. Paul came round the same day to survey and quote, very professional, explained everything and we had the quote the same day. (Considerably less less than British Gas had quoted!) The boiler was installed a few days later by Ged and Chris two very pleasant guys who completed the job by 4.00 pm. Ged thoroughly explained how to use the boiler controls and Hive. The old boiler and all rubbish was removed and everywhere left clean and tidy on completion. Paul called us in the evening to check we were happy with the installation. I would 100% recommend this company.

Once we agreed to go ahead within four days two very professional plumbers turned up to fit our boiler. I was surprised how clean and tidy they were.

What a fantastic company! Paul came to do a survey & price up for a replacement boiler.What I beleived to be a complicated job from what I had been told by other engineers from other boiler companies turned out to be a straight forward job. Paul explained everything ( Paul obviously knows his job). The quote was excellent £1500 less than other companies. Fitting day arrived. The engineers arrived early & got straight on with the job. I never had to check on them all day. They were polite, respectful & very hard working & a credit to boiler club. The kitchen was spotless when they finished the job. Once completed I was shown how to use the boiler. A fantastic company and employees who respect their customers. Please do not have any doubts about boiler club! Absolutly brilliant.
