Booking my recent oil boiler service was easy and the work was done in a reasonable time scale. Martin is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I have found that he will do everything possible to provide the best service.

Martin and his team installed our boiler a few years ago Martin has serviced it ever since. Martin has always delivered a top quality, efficient, and professional service. He's a nice guy too! It's nice to have a local tradesman who instills confidence.

Disgusted in this company!
As elderly gentleman had used this company for a few years and he desperately needed a new boiler, WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD QUOTE FOR, as the boiler needed replacing.
Even after chasing Charlotte several times, she never had the courtesy to come back to him!
I find this absolutely disgusting and not how you would expect a business to be run!
Having read some of your reviews, I see the elderly gentleman was not the only one who you ignored!
We definitely won't be recommending you to anyone.

So reassuring to have found this company! Martin came prepared for everything I wanted doing. However he did not know that he was entering a house where the owner was so fed up with her system. He listened politely, checked everything and left me feeling reassured. Thank you so much Martin.

A very good experience, other than a small wobble with the (US-based) answering service which booked the appointment in US time! However, a quick call to the office on the day sorted that out painlessly. Martin was running early, so called to make sure that was suitable, which it was. The service was quick and efficient, with minimal disruption. I will certainly be getting my next service from them!
