Was skeptical at first but don’t be!! Delivery is next day, the “tea” is really good and effective. Had a slight issue with delivery but contacted chat and the issue was resolved, making me feel that customers are taken care off. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any form of “tea” in their life.

Order from these guys and order didn't arrive. Contacted them straight away to be told they can't deal with it its royal mail need to speak to which isnt the UK consumers rights which I stated to them still attitude but said gonna contact royal mail on their end which should been done when I sent first message. So £45 short and no product to show for it defiently wouldn't recommend will change review if they decide to refund my money but until then gonna review on every platform

Amazing team at TBW, massive shoutout to Ryan as well. Slight issue with the first order as items sent were wrong but Ryan was absolutely spot on and got everything sorted in no time and even included a discount of the next order which I wasn’t expecting at all.

Second order has just arrived, the missing item has been sent along with a freebie!

As for the product itself, absolutely amazing. These guys know what they’re working with.

If, like me, you were skeptical at first or wary of being scammed, don't be. The products all work exactly as intended. Service is excellent, all of my orders have arrived the next day, well packaged and exactly as ordered. Can't recommend enough.

Quality product, good service n deliverys spot on

Ive used the bud works twice now , the 1st time was just to see what their products were like, i bought raw diamonds, strawbz bananaconda diamonds in sauce and key lime cherry crumble extracts, they were great i was happy and gave a 5 star review, so i decided to stick with them and done a 2nd bigger order of apples & bananas piatella, peach mimosa runtz diamonds in sauce, key lime cherry crumble, jet fuel badder, sherb x unicorn piss sugar tea, london gold resin and raw diamonds, once again they were great but the key lime cherry crumble was off colour in parts and looked like mould , and not like the 1st 1 i ordered, and as i have opened it which you have to with all of them obviously to check, it states it wont be covered under the refund policy, the delivery was next day hence still giving 4 stars ! But i feel i need to take 1 star off as ive spent a good few hard earned pounds and basically have 6 products with 1 in the bin , and am in two minds now whether to use the bud works again incase of any repetition with the product and out of pocket again , **UPDATE** carrying on from the reply i recieved i have sent them pictures of my item yesterday 3/08/26 so i will post an update once replied too , **UPDATE** 6/08/26 i was replied to swiftly and the bud works rectified my issue with the minimum fuss so i have changed the 4 star to the 5 star the bud works deserves for their excellent customer service !

Good quality isolate/diamonds but very expensive. I used to use you guys but then the price of the diamonds and isolate doubled, you said you were the cheapest in the U.K but that's not true, a few competitors sell for half the price......

Absolutely amazing site and products Best in UK hands down you can find other sites that are ABIT cheaper but nowhere near the quality.great customer service too as I had received the wrong product and was sent the right one free of charge next day which was ABIT shocking but nonetheless great customer service. I will definitely be a long term buyer and can't wait to see some new stuff on there just wish they actually sent out discount codes atleast to the loyal customers as only ever got my first buyer one so far.
