Sneaky advertising. Found the number when I googled HMRC helpline and failed to notice that it wasn't actually HMRC at all. They picked up the phone immediately (which should have been a red flag) and took my details so that someone could call me back. When I queried this, the 'receptionist' insisted that they were an 'overflow service' for HMRC. Dishonest. As soon as I realised my mistake, I called them back to ask them to delete my details and was told (by a different person) that he would 'pass on my request' because he couldn't do it himself.

Just one word sums this company up Excellent !!! been using this company a few years now they look after my Gas & Electric accounts just something less to worry about .Been dealing with Tracy she knows her stuff just leave it to her she’s like your own PA some of these companies hassle you but they don’t may I continue to work together for many years to come thanks again Tracy your a Star!.
