Con man, taking our money and not sending out the orders. This place needs to be closed down ASAP by Trading Standards

Ordered on the 2nd Feb. Had no updates on my order. They haven’t responded to multiple emails and messages on their social media platforms. Disgraceful!

Made an order before Christmas and have never received it. Have emailed numerous times and had no response. Awful do not order from here. Will be going to trading standards.

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order. . It was meant to be an American mystery box and all I received was pickles. That’s all that was in the box. The full box was pickles. I was told I would receive extras too as it was taking so long. An absolute joke of a company I will never order again

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Take your money, don’t deliver and don’t respond to emails. Would give zero stars if possible. Do not order from this company

Please read the bad reviews…took me 3 weeks to get my order..ignoring messages don’t answer emails..then they offer me a discount for next time..there definitely won’t be a next time..spend your money elsewhere this company are nothing but grief…

Crap company, avoid at all costs.

I dont even want to give 1 star. I just recieved my order and the kids noticed the dates on ALL treats with a sell by date in the past. One even going back to 2022! The rest are mainly 2023 & 2024.

I ordered a Christmas present on the morning of 15th December as the delivery time said 2-3 working days! It’s now expected on 2nd January! NOT GOOD ENOUGH, AS I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING SIMILAR FROM AMAZON WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!!!

Utterly awful company!! I placed an order on the 22nd Friday for the mega mystery box but i placed it for next day delivery, next day came didn’t receive anything. I reached out and have had no answers to my messages. I wish to god i had read the reviews before. Utterly disgusting company that just want to take money off people and not even give them what they ordered for! Please do not order from this company. I’m hoping to place a report to Clearpay and hopefully get my money back 😡😡

Made an order 2 months ago that never arrived, no response via email. Contacted multiple times via social media, they initially said they would resend the order, which never happened, then they stopped responding to messages completely, despite reading them. Ordered from them a year ago and had no issues so I’m not sure what’s gone wrong but it seems as though everyone is experiencing the same. Wish I’d checked reviews again before placing this order!

I've been buying from the Candy Works since 2021 and was always very happy with the products, so didn't think to check reviews before buying again for Christmas. Took forever to arrive and was wrong, got a "will refund you" email and am still waiting. Very disappointed, cause it used to be amazing.

I'd placed a previous order with this company back in April and had no issues. Ordered again start of October and I've still not received my package and they haven't responded to any of my emails. I will be reporting them to trading standards as they have take £22 of my money.

Order took nearly a month to come, when it came it came in a load of individual bags which is not what I ordered to begin with, some of them were split and all in the courier box so weren’t edible, sent a email and got nothing back so I left a message on instagram and they took forever to reply, when they did they said they would send a new bag, never received the bag and it’s been over a month now so they must of just said it, absolute joke of a company I’d stay clear and save your money!! Awful service and awful variety in the half bags we got, never again will I order.

I ordered a choose my own freeze dried sweets and chose 10 options as asked and i received 4 of the options and nothing else so emailed twice and showed proof and haven’t heard anything back at all luckily i went through Klarna and they managed to get a refund for me but this still took a good month as had to wait for candy works to get in contact. I personally will not be going back again!

Awful customer service - like other said used to be a decent company delivering within 2/3 days but been waiting over 2 weeks now and no response on email. I'd advise others to avoid ordering and go elsewhere.

This company were ok in 2021/2022, so I had no issue ordering again this year.
I paid for next day delivery over a week ago and still I waiting. I have attempted to contact the company 3 times using email, TikTok and Instagram with no reply.

If I had looked on TrustPilot first, I would have seen that something has clearly gone wrong with this company, they are taking your money, and not delivering the products.

Now I have escalated with PayPal for a refund. Will not be using again.

Awful service. I've been waiting 3 weeks for the sweets I ordered. They don't reply to emails. Were quick enough to take my money from my account though! Never again. I'll use someone else next time. It's a shame as they used to be a good Company.
