The Car Charge People Reviews

After the installation my charger Ohme Home Pro kept on disconnecting. I believed it was due to the poor connectivity in my region although I have no problem using my mobile on both 4 and 5G.
Recently things have gone from worse to worst, now even with power cycling it will not connect. The company now is gone leaving all their customers to bear the burden of being served by them on their onw.

There was a regular flow of email confirmation leading up to the install. On the day, the install team turned up on time and did a neat and tidy install. They faced some connection issues while trying to finalise the install but contacted ProjectEV but couldnt rectify the problem. I was assured that a member of team would come back to me and, a couple of days later, the team returned and sorted the problems out. The charger works really well and I'm delighted with it

The engineers turned up bang on time, were very professional, gave solid advice and did a very good job, clearing up after themselves. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Great service from the team at the car charge people. Highly recommend!!!

Very responsive from quote to installation. Installed well within the timeline had hoped for ahead of vehicle delivery, perfect.

Would recommend without hesitation.

Very competitive firstly , along with well organized communication, form 1st request to install, then follow up. So , great organization of work. Everything was done on time as explained.

Really happy with my experience of The Car Charge people. From start to finish they were professional, and knowledgeable. They replied to my questions very quickly and when they came to fit the charger were efficient, polite and friendly.

The response to my query was both prompt and solved my issue immediately. Very happy with the service offered.

Great service. Installer arrived as planned and explained everything clearly. Mess free install. Charger has worked perfectly ever since

Very happy with the installation - an issue occurred with the software and the engineer spent time sorting it and didn’t leave until fully resolved. I highly recommend them.

The Car Charge People were recommended to me and after carrying out some background checks I made contact with them. The engagement process with them was simple and straightforward and they provided me with reassurance that I was in good and safe hands. They responded to all my questions efficiently and professionally. The installation was carried out seamlessly on time and importantly with no surprises. I would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them for any similar type of work.

Spot on. Quick, clean and professional. Did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, for the amount they said they’d do it for.

Can’t fault them

Very neat installation with minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.
