I had my first career coaching session with IanRichardson. It was a very informative session for me and his versatile knowledge in this domain will thrive anyone's career aspirations. I am looking forward to have more sessions with him.

On my first career coaching session, I had an excellent interaction with Dan. He's got a fantastic strategy for my next meetings. I'm looking forward to another one-on-one session with Dan.

Overall I had an amazing experience with Ian, the career coach was supportive in all the stages of the plan that I requested, it was supportive with steps and samples of recourses, Ian went beyond it's abilities for the best of my outcome, amazingly worth the service.

Ian Richardson is my coach. He really knows his stuff and a very good at getting it across. A pleasure to work with. The experience has been positive and am giving 5 stars in the expectation of securing a position in the very near future.

Ian is a top man, I’d highly recommend him especially if you are at a cross roads in going from one job to another.

Rory was extremely understanding of my situation regarding my career.
He offered very valuable advice and tips which helped me come away from the session feeling more hopeful. Rory is very knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for their next role or just advice on their options.

Another great session with Dan. He provides great insights and we developed a good list of actionable, practical steps to take. Our discussions are always results orientated and he's great at ensuring accountability and follow through.

My experience with Ian the Coach was amazing. After the first session i feel confident in my skills and i now i know the path to get job interview!

I have to say I was vey dubious at first about signing up to a course with the Career Coach as I have never done or needed to do anything like this previously. However certain circumstances regarding a previous role, had made me lose my way. Once on boarded I was assigned Ian as my coach. Ian has been truly exceptional, not only has he helped with my CV and LinkedIn but helped me gain my confidence and self-esteem. My experience of the process has been amazing and I couldn't recommend the course higher.

I applied for a free cv review with one of the career coaches (Rory) as I was looking for an internship relating to my degree.
I soon received a call, the coach listened attentively to my problem, after a few days I got the opportunity to work as an intern.
I really appreciate that I am able to be in an environment where everyone is open, kind and where I could bring my enthusiasm.

I had a poor experience with the Career coach from Nov 2022-Jan 2023. Sent in an official complaint over a month ago and never received a response acknowledging same. Although I mentioned that I wasn't going to take my complaint further, it would have been professional and eased my disappointment to have received a response from the company. This only illustrated my complaint of lack of clear and consistent communication. Read the privacy policy for refund details before beginning sessions.

Today was my second coaching session. It was a great pleasure to work with Ian. Not only he helped me to improve my CV but he also suggested significant changes to my LinkedIn profile. Highly recommended.

It was great working with Ian from TCC who helped me to improve my CV structure, interview skills and boost my confidence. I had two 1:1 sessions that I found very helpful, to the point and I received a good feedback. I would recommend TCC!

Excellent service. I've taken their executive coaching which has helped me build the necessary tools for goal setting and it has also helped me manage my daily routine and energy levels to keep me in top performance!

I paid and had a cv consultation where they came without having looked at my cv. It was mostly a sales pitch for the packages.
This company used to be a sales company. And that makes a lot of sense to me.
My experience with them is that they are pushy and are only concerned about their reputation, yet are not concerned about providing a good service or behaving in a reputable manner. They told me on multiple occasions that I lied when I have proof that they lied to me and changed their company website after having attempted to have me sign an NDA. I have shown it to solicitors and they have been shocked that I was asked to sign this and told me it wouldn’t hold up in court.
Their refund policy is invalid as it is restricts your consumer rights. You can consult CPCC in Ireland to find out what they are. The refund agreement they refer to is an NDA. Where you are entitled to a refund, by law, you do not need to sign an NDA.
They are not trustworthy.

Read TCC response as:
If a client criticises us in any way, we blame them and accept no accountability and defame them. Our success rates are dubious, as is our star rating, as we do not inform clients of their consumer rights and try to gaslight and manipulate them into thinking that they cannot legally criticise us by withholding refunds until they have signed an NDA.

TCC helped me to improve my LinkedIn profile. They always responded in a timely manner and provided me with all their knowledge.
