I ordered two items to wear to an event, I didn’t realise the dress was made to order so when I reached out asking when I could expect my order, Lucy made sure it was posted in time for the event. When the dress did arrive, it was too big! So I emailed Lucy again and she made sure that a smaller size was posted out asap.
When it arrived it was completely perfect. I will definitely be recommending The Chain to anyone who is after beautiful, very well made vintage style fashion!

I actually think this is my favourite place to shop. The designs are beautiful and they have a really detailed sizing guide that’s always super useful, especially when you have a curvy or fuller figure like me. I love all the patterns and prints, textures and fabric but what really makes it is the quality of the pieces. I have tops that I wear week in week out and one I’ve had for a good few years at this point and they still look new! I’ve recently made my first jacket purchase and the quality really matches- feels like it will honestly last a lifetime unlike fast fashion brands which only last a season. I always want to rewear the clothes and feel amazing when I do!

I’ve made two purchases so far from the Chain Designs. The second item is currently in transit. The first item I purchased was the Lola dress in purple. Absolutely adore the dress and wear it on a regular basis. It’s handmade and well might I add. The fabric is amazing quality and the customer service is impeccable. I’ll continue to purchase from the company as it’s one of my favorite sustainable vintage inspired shops. I would absolutely recommend their pieces to anyone contemplating a purchase.
