Absolutely perfect! Ordered 2 bouquets and asked if they would come in time for the following week and they did. Order came exactly as I wanted, definitely worth it.

The Chocolate Box provided an experience exactly as depicted online. They reached out to inform me that one of the wrappers was unavailable, giving me the chance to select an alternative, which was quite considerate. The service and delivery were excellent, with the bouquet arriving well-packaged. The chocolate arrangement was stunning, and my granddaughter was thrilled. I would certainly recommend them and plan to order again.

Pam was excellent with communication, making sure she knew exactly what it was that I wanted. She made sure everything was tailored to my son's taste. The candy cart looked fantastic and brought such a fun look and yummy sweet treats to my son's party. Despite their being an issue us getting into the venue Pam was so kind and managed to get everything set up in time for the guests arriving. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a personalised cart tailored to every need.

I ordered a large Lindt chocolate bouquet for my friend's Birthday and it arrived on the day! I had missed the delivery post code and I received a text message to alert me straight away, exceptional service.

I can not fault the service. I initially asked a question and received a quick response and then having placed the order, was extremely pleased with the chocolate bouquet once it was delivered.

We used The Chocolate Box by Charlotte for our recent wedding. The customer service was quick and professional and the sweet cart, dressing personalisation was first class. We also had a few allergy and dietary requirements, in which they managed brilliantly. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Everything was the same as the picture I saw on site, The Chocolate Box got in touch with me about one of the wrappings was unavailable so I could choose another one which very thoughtful.
