Johnny was extremely helpful in booking our airfare to Europe. He gave us great recommendations on flights and followed-up with us to make sure we made a connecting flight. We found Johnny to be very easy to work and he was always quick to respond to our texts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!

I feel compelled to share my disastrous experience with Johnny Hill, the travel agent, as a cautionary tale for anyone considering using his services. My hope is to prevent others from enduring the considerable stress and financial loss that I faced.
First and foremost, I booked and fully paid for a business class flight, expecting a smooth and comfortable journey. However, to my dismay, upon reviewing my flight itinerary, I discovered that a significant portion of the trip had been booked in economy class—specifically, in the very last rows of the plane! This blatant oversight was not only frustrating but also utterly unacceptable given the assurances I received from Johnny that everything had been expertly handled.
To add insult to injury, my family and I were forced to pay an additional $750 in fees just to upgrade our seats on the portion of the flight that were incorrectly booked in economy. As if that wasn’t enough, we were also hit with extra charges for our luggage, all because Johnny failed to communicate our business class status to the airline. This lapse in coordination led to even more unnecessary expenses on top of the initial mistakes.
I reached out to Johnny multiple times to clarify the situation and reassure myself that everything was in order. Each time, he confidently told me that there would be no issues. Yet, when the time came for our flight, it was abundantly clear that nothing was done to rectify the situation, leaving me to scramble and fix things on my own.
This experience came dangerously close to ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation. Thanks to Johnny's incompetence, we ended up incurring nearly $1,000 in unforeseen expenses. It’s essential to highlight that if you're considering using this agency, you might want to think again. I will never use this company again, and I genuinely urge anyone who values their travel plans to steer clear of Johnny Hill and his services.

1. Booking Clarity
You were clearly informed in advance that part of the itinerary was in economy class—specifically on the portion from Los Angeles to Chicago. This was confirmed in your own WhatsApp message where you stated:
"I need the best seats possible flying to Chicago economy."
This confirms that you were aware of the economy segment, and we tailored your options accordingly.
2. Full Itinerary and Approval
Multiple flight options were presented to you in writing (as seen in the email titled “Please choose your preferred flight option”). The complete breakdown was reviewed and approved by you, and all fare rules—including cabin class and baggage allowance—were communicated clearly.
3. Luggage Policy
The baggage allowance was clearly stated across multiple touchpoints: via WhatsApp, over the phone, and in the booking email. The airline’s policy for that fare was 1 piece of 50 lbs per person. Any additional charges for upgrades or excess baggage were in line with airline regulations and outside our control.
4. Timeline and Fare Changes
It’s also important to note that this booking was prepared over the course of a month, starting in October. During this time, we exchanged messages, discussed preferences, and worked to match your desired travel dates—especially considering your fixed Europe cruise departure in May 2025.
Unfortunately, by the time you were ready to confirm, the original one-stop business class itinerary had sold out, and the fare had increased. Although this change was frustrating for both of us, we mutually agreed on the revised itinerary with two stops outbound and one stop on the return.
At The Classy Flight, we are fully committed to clear communication, integrity, and tailored service. Every itinerary is built with care and in direct alignment with client preferences. We maintain full records of all communication to ensure clarity and mutual accountability.
While we regret that this situation led to frustration, we remain committed to doing things properly, clearly, and with integrity — and we trust that other readers will take the full context into consideration.

Concierge service at its best! I have worked with Johnny for the last several years and he always makes sure that anytime I travel I get exactly what I need and most often everything I want and always for the best prices. I have shopped his pricing and it is always the most competitive and if he cannot beat a price found he lets you know.
