The Clear Out Store Reviews

I was not really satisfied with the items i received, i was thinking A Grade clothes would be better than Primark or Asda, some pieces were awful and i had pyjama bottoms that looked like they were dragged through the dirt, ibhad to bin a few items… 7kg of clothes i thought i would have got some better quality clothing shops. MY order number
Order #18885
Placed on 21 August 2026
According to your facebook page on A Grade womens bundles you are showing clothes from Hollister, Next and other top retailers…i did not have any of these clothes at all…not one from from a decent shop , which is what i thought i was getting when i placed my order, as thus is what you were advertising… as with the pyjama bottoms i had from you im sorry but i binned them along with another 2 items that was not good enough.

Not bad at all
I was super nervous about giving this ago my first ever time at reselling so I made a purchase and hoped for the best !!
I received a lot of items for the money I paid £24.00 for a 7kg bundle so super impressed with that
I made my money back with one high end item alone !!! So the rest is pure profit !!
All really nice clothes in excellent condition totally resell able !
Just A couple of chinks :
Bought plus size only and there were a handful ( 6-8 items that were in extra small or small )
No bother they’ve sold non the less
A slight ( very slight) storage smell to the clothes when opened- however this soon disappeared once aired a little

Overall I am well happy with what I received £34 including shipping and I made £34.99 on one item on resale !!
Very very happy and will be buying again !!!!
Highly recommended A*

Items as described and a great experience and I'll be back

Bundle as described with some great pieces of clothing. Fast delivery.

I ordered the A grade 4kg ladies clothes, 4kg alternative bundle and 4kg shoe bundle which arrived fairly quickly. Some of the items are amazing and ive already made my money back (within 2 days) and still have more to list for sale. Absolutely love this company and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great mystery reseller bundles. Easy process to order and smooth delivery. I did get one item that wasn’t correct, but response was prompt from them and offered a resolution (though didn’t take them up on it as it wasn’t a big issue for me). All items were clean and in a good, useable or BNWT condition as advertised.

Will definitely order again.

Not sure if it was because they were nearly sold out of all the bundles but not sure how they can call it a reseller bundle, contained plain black bad quality tshirt most likely from shein and other items that would sell at best for £2 so not making any profit. Not impressed and wouldn't bother again as most had to be thrown away.

Great quality clothing and prices. I have bought two bundles and no problems. Fast delivery to. 5 stars

Really impressed with the fast delivery and the great mix of quality clothing. Would definitely order again.

Great items, better than I expected so I ordered again 😁 highly recommend

I've used this company before, their service is second to none, the items are of good quality and only cost a fraction from new, though not all of their items are second hand, even the new items are affordible, i shall continue to buy from this very special company.

Huge thanks - the suit purchased is in excellent condition and was even ironed prior to packing, the suit also arrived swiftly. I would definitely purchase from the Clear Out Store again and have already recommended to others!

Wasnt happy with items. One item was fine, another item was age inappropriate and other item was poor.
It would be helpful if there was an age range selection when ordering.

I have used The Clear Out Store quite a few times, and each time the service has been excellent!

Such a good range of children's clothes. I'm pleased with all my purchases - and it's a fraction of the cost. Great service. Thanks

I continue to buy from this business because it has integrity, it has an easily navigable website, seamless payment, recycled (where possible) packaging, and sensible prices for preloved / upcycled / second hand clothing and home wares. Fast delivery, too. What’s not to love?!

Amazing price for a quality product. Which came very quickly and is in excellent condition.

Great service and good price. Item was exactly as described.

The shirts arrived on time as shown. To me, they look as if they are brand-new shirts without any packaging on them. I will certainly use this site again.

The Clearout Store is great! Items are photographed clearly and described well. The prices of items are always brilliant and there is a postage option suitable for everyone's budgets. I would heartily recommend The Clear Out Store.
