New recipe
I ordered these coffee pods as advertised believing it was the original chai and not the new recipe but the package did contained the new pods which are disgusting (Tassimo issue not this co.)
delivery and communication were good but unfortunately not the product I believed I was ordering

Not received my coffee and no response…
Not received my coffee and no response to my emails!
Refund has been requested but not confirmed at all.
Not happy with the whole experience.
I have ordered, and received my coffee from another supplier.
I will not be buying from these people again, especially if I don't receive a refund either!

This company has sent the wrong item
This company has sent the wrong item, I have been asking for details of how to send it back to get my money back and there has been no correspondence, they haven’t sent any of the pods that I have ordered and I try to ring the number and have sent emails and still no response. I’m now left out of pocket as have had to order the correct coffee machine from a more reliable company. Absolute disgrace of a company and customer service is shocking

Order missing items. Reached out to the company and received a response to replace the items. Haven't heard back from them since after multiple emails. No response no updates, nothing.
Updated: Ended up receiving the replacement products randomly. I appreciate their cooperation with this but a heads up or shipping notification would have been helpful. Regardless they were able to fulfill the order so bumped back up to a 4 star.

None existent Customer Service
Ordered 4 packs of Mocha. Took a week to arrive and one pack was missing. Notified the company straightaway. Received a refund for missing packet but they couldn't be bothered to explain or apologise.

That's a rather unfair review. We replied to your email informing us of only sending the three and as they were already end of line products, we informed you that we couldn't send another out as they were out of stock. If that constitutes a 1-star review, so be it ☹️
