Challenging and Motivating
The workshop has been relly positive and motivating, giving tools for my future professional growth. I am now aware about what I have to take in consideration to maximize my negatiation. The structure of the workshop is really well done, step by step we had the chance to became even more aware of our weapons in negatiation and our weknesses we have to leave. What's wrong? The level of the attendees was mid-low, with too much different careers and would be better to limit the partecipats from a single company, to avoid imbalances and losses of possible chances to increase the opportunities of debate/exchange.
