Merci d’avoir partagé votre avis. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de ne pas avoir pu honorer votre commande pour la veste Adidas Oasis, nous comprenons combien cela a pu être décevant. Malheureusement, un problème de stock indépendant de notre volonté nous a obligés à annuler cette commande.

Votre remboursement a déjà été effectué et devrait apparaître très prochainement selon les délais de votre banque. Soyez assuré que, lorsque nous ne pouvons pas finaliser une commande, nous procédons toujours à un remboursement complet sans attendre. Votre situation ne fait pas exception.

Firstly we’d like to thank you for your order and subsequently thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your concerns. That’s not the impression we ever want to leave.

As a small personal shopping and reselling business, we source authentic items from a variety of trusted suppliers, which sometimes means packaging may differ slightly from what you’d expect from a standard retail store. However, the quality and authenticity of the product itself is something we take very seriously, and we have never and will sell anything that isn’t 100% genuine.

That said, we’re genuinely disappointed to hear that your parcel arrived in such poor condition, especially with the packaging issues you mentioned, as that is not how we would let something leave our door. We’d really like the chance to make this right. If you could get in touch with us directly, we’d be happy to investigate further and look into a refund, exchange, or another resolution that works for you.

We value every single customer and take all feedback seriously as it helps us improve. Especially as a growing independent business. We’d love the opportunity to turn this experience around and show you how we usually do things.

Morning Cole, we would like to apologise for the delay in getting your order refunded. As we informed you the order was processed over the bank holiday weekend which resulted in delays and we only received the return yesterday. (Immediately issuing a refund once received and checked)
