These people are amazing! Amazing customer service with fast replying emails. They were missing a part I requested and gave me numerous options to match the colour scheme without having to redo the order. It came within a week and it looks amazing! I highly recommend the controller people, they are amazing! Thanks guys:)

Cannot recommend these guys enough! I had to get a very last minute present sorted and Tom was incredibly helpful in getting it all sorted and sent over to me in time. The controller looks fantastic and incredible quality. I highly recommend, don’t go anywhere else!

This controller is awesome. The remappable ClickSticks really open up some new doors and this thing looks slick as hell. More importantly, the staff at TCP is fantastic. Quick to respond, informative, and clearly very passionate about what they do. If you're in the market for a new controller and willing to spend a bit more on something that is (a) more functional than a standard DS4 and (b) personalized to your preferred aesthetic...TCP is the way to go.

Top quality product. Little bit of a delay on arrival. However customer services very good and quick to remedy the problem so overall excellent service. If you own a PS4 and want a pro controller this would definitely be my recommendation

Controllers are great and so is the customer care.

Ordered a controller from these guys and must say i find it to be my favourite yet. More comfortable feeling than other brands i own and the clicksticks sit better and feel more natural.

Hi,
I bought a tournament controller and it's amazing. Buttons on the back of the controller are easy to reach (by far the best location IMHO) and the quality is superb.

Controllers look good, but after less than 6 months, my buttons have began to stuck and the paint comes off, i tried to contact them a few weeks ago on twitter and email but they dont reply,

Io non sono riuscito a capire quale fosse il tipo di controller da selezionare per il "mod kit". Per logica ho selezionato "tipe 4" perchè possiedo un DualShock 4, non so perchè mi è stato inviato un "mod kit" che non centra niente. Ora io ho regalato 42€ per un grosso malinteso.

The controller is in perfect working order with no faults whatsoever, although, the design of the controller was considerably lower quality then was presented on the site, this may be due to the design chosen though so nothing much can be done

Outstanding Quality and Service.
Ordered a tournament ready controller, communication, timescales and build quality were exceptional, so much my son stole it soon after its arrival.
Just ordered a second one and once again the build quality, excellent communication and timely delivery have exceeded my expectations. If only everyone was as great to deal with.
Tom in particular went above and beyond to ensure my order was everything I wanted and also it arrived in time.

After having some issues with my order at The Controller People i can honestly state they have the best customer service i have encountered in my life. The controller that I've been using for a while now works like a charm and every little detail is in place. The controllers are of great quality and if you encounter any problems with it the customer service will solve this until you are satisfied with what you ordered. Would recommend this to everyone and have been recommending them to friends already.
