A poor experience. Simply asking a few questions - seems like its all too much like hard work for them. Jordan Cooper, that person dealing with my enquiry. I did not feel i was receiving advice that i could not easily obtain off the internet.

I first spoke to Oliver Strong two years ago as a first-time buyer. He made the whole process feel completely manageable. He is knowledgeable, clear, and very easy to talk to.

We communicated between calls anx over WhatsApp which, makes such a difference.

Two years on, I came back to remortgage and make some changes. He handled it just as well, explained everything properly, kept it simple, and made something that could have been stressful feel very straightforward.

Submitted a request for advice on the tax treatment of an investment bond account I have - which in itself was very easy - and Julie called me the next day to discuss the matter. Julie's advice was very clear and to the point and left me in no doubt as to the tax treatment. Given tax can be so complex and there can be significant consequences of getting it wrong, Julie's advice really put my mind at ease.
