I undertook the Diploma for Corporate…
I undertook the Diploma for Corporate Governance to seriously enhance my understanding and confidence in holding a Director role.
It was a very challenging course but broken down into 10 modules and further down into units for manageable chunks. If you take your time to take notes (for future reference, especially for the assessments) and investigate the additional course content links, this course has an abundance of useful information and skills to learn.
As a personal investment, it's serious money but is still affordable when investing in your future. But it's still a far more competitive learning system than others on the market, and can be balanced well with a busy full time role. It took me 8 months thanks to a 3 month extension on top of the normal 6.
Would recommend to any current or aspiring Director.

Great learning experience. I mean course content was very relatable and broad to enhance my work as an assistant to the Company Secretary. Good material on governance and compliance.

Corporate Governance Course and AI Governance Course

Overall, the course allowed me to get up to date on current corporate governance issues. Regarding the structure of the course sections, it was good, although some were longer and required more time due to the amount of material that needed to be read. The information was very comprehensive, the videos very clear, some of them longer than others. The professionals in charge were very attentive and willing to help when I needed it or had questions.

Well structured course
The course is well structured. The topics are built from the basics to the more advanced ones making it easier for one to follow through. The fact that the assessment is broken down into two makes it even better. I enjoyed my learning experience, and hope to apply the knowledge.
