Extremely disappointing experience at Cosmetic Clinic Newmarket. I only had one appointment, yet I was charged for two, and I had to chase them to get it addressed. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.

Joanne (the owner) and Lusia (the manager) were unhelpful, dismissive, and made the situation even more frustrating. While some of the staff are lovely and do their best, the way management handled this has completely destroyed my trust.

I won't be spending another dollar with a business that, in my experience, tried to charge me for services I never received and then handled the issue so poorly. I would not recommend Cosmetic Clinic Newmarket or Cosmetic Clinic Manukau, as they share the same owner.

Had my normal appt today with a different consultant, Katie from glenfield. She was so lovely and communicated alot and just made my treatment so enjoyable, will def request her in future 😊

Today my therapist was at bayfair cosmetic clinic Baroda.. she’s so loving and nice .. feel so comfortable with her …. Love the service ….highly recommend

I had another microneedling session with Ms. Grace at Glenfield, and as always, the service was amazing! She is very accommodating, professional, and genuinely takes the time to help while sharing valuable knowledge about your skin condition. I always leave feeling well-informed and cared for. I’m very satisfied with every session and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality skin treatments!

Cosmetic clinic Centre Place Hamilton

I’m going there since 2021.. permanent customer.. 😁 I first had session with Chelsea she was superb.. Then my favourite was Lyric who left in December last year.. which I’m sad but happy for her as she’s pursuing something else for her bright future.. (Good luck Lyric). Today I had a consultation with Tahlia.. she’s lovely as well.. Overall I’m very satisfied customer and results after laser treatments are amazing for me.. ❤️❤️❤️good luck team .. I have recommended centre place to my work colleagues as well they all are highly satisfied too in all perspectives light customer service, approach by staff , treatments etc etc..

I have been coming here for 6 years now, ever since the clinic first opened. To say I’m loyal would be an understatement- I’m invested!!
I love the team, the clinic, the products, treatments and most importantly the results.
I have dabbled in skin, laser, injectables and now teeth whitening. How they all work in synergy together to help me feel and look my best has been life changing for me and I will never look back. Sometimes treatments or products haven’t worked out for me- needless to say everyone’s skin and needs are different. The team have been so helpful, caring and accomodating finding what is best suited for me. Recommend WestCity 10000/10

Gentle, quick, and helpful. I have been coming here for years and the nurses all know what they're talking about! Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic.I purchased a treatment package and later there were multiple booking and administration errors with my appointments.I was incorrectly marked as a no-show, then later asked to pay for a treatment that was already included in my package.
Staff later acknowledged the mistake was on their side, but resolving the issue became stressful and time-consuming.I also experienced long waiting times due to booking confusion.
Instead of a simple customer-focused resolution, I was asked to sign a legal release form before a refund could be processed.
I am leaving this review because clients should expect accurate bookings, clear communication, and fair aftercare when problems happen.

Amy is friendly and very pleasing person.
I throughly enjoyed Microdermabasion treatment with her and bought a package too.

I had lip filler injectables done at Cosmetic Clinic Henderson Auckland by Angel .Now first she had not a lot if experience and caused me intense pain but it’s okay because pain is expected for injectables .I’ve had my lips done for quite awhile now and after she used .9 mils of whichever liquid she used I did say to her I don’t really like my lips. she reassured me that it’s okay as with the swelling it will come right. 3 weeks later I message her saying I don’t like my lips and they don’t feel as full as the past Treatments so then she gets me the Manager‘s number and when I speak to the manager she out refused to sort it out for me and said” nope we have decided not to give you a free treatment or fix it “ which is really ironic because they are very happy to take my over $500 but not help a customer may be satisfied . this is disgusting and poor customer service and i am never going to the Henderson again . be very aware when you go there that aesthetic clinicians are not as experienced as the previous ones who were outright amazing

Christchurch Hornby Clinic - Payal is amazing! She did a fantastic job with my micro-needling and provided such thoughtful, amazing care. Professional, skilled, and truly passionate about what she does. Highly recommend!
