Excellent website, easy to use. I ordered 3 large pine cones and had quick delivery and quality items. Will definitely use again.

You cared about me
You cared about me, the customer, as if we were dealing face-to-face. I ordered the wrong thing and you helped me get what I really wanted. You were concerned about my being happy with my experience of dealing with you and with the product I received.. Thank you.

Crafting set
I purchased the pressed flowers candle crafting set as a present for a friend and it when it turned up it was wrapped so nice I didn’t actually check it. When I gave the set to my friend and on opening it, there was a small issue, I emailed the company and issue was rectified within a couple of days and they were very helpful. The crafting set was of a high quality and my friend was very happy. I would purchase from The Danes again.

Great communication and beautiful products
Friendly, prompt and helpful communication in advance of the purchase (requested delayed delivery as I was due to be away for a few days). All organised without any hassle and the package arrived beautifully wrapped. The items are as described and as I was hoping they’d be. The ideal present.
Thank you to ‘The Danes :-)’

I’ve ordered from The Danes several times over the years. They never disappoint as the ordering is so easy and packing and delivery are first class. They have items you won’t find anywhere else and I rate them highly on all fronts. Our grandson (he’s 8) loves the feathered birds and drew several of them when he was with us this weekend.
