We are sorry to hear the item hasn’t arrived, however, this review is the first time that we have been notified of this. The order was made on 18.12.22 and shipped on the same day via Royal Mail tracked 48. The tracking number was sent out to you. Having checked this tracking number the item was marked as delivered on 22.12.22.

The map on the tracking is showing the delivery was made to your street.

We have not received any correspondence from you to confirm that the delivery has not been received. Obviously we will do all we can to track down the item.

Is it possible that the item was left with a neighbour? It may be worth checking with the local delivery office. If you provide them with the tracking number they will likely be able to assist. We will liaise with Royal Mail but the local delivery office will likely have more information.
