We engaged Digital Maze to help us with a 3 month project and they delivered beyond expectations.

Neil and Becky went above and beyond, not only delivering against the project scope but also providing a clear strategy for the remainder of the year, along with detailed audits and valuable content recommendations.

We approached TDM to create us a new group website to integrate all four of our group solutions. We now have access to a fantastic website that not only looks good, but provides the scalability for future growth as we expand our solution offering.

The webinar was informative and engaging - hosts were receptive to questions and each presentation was clear and interesting. I plan on joining future webinars as I did gain valuable info from this one.

We commissioned TDM to create a brand new B2B website, with the goal of driving understanding of our brand offerings, and increasing new business leads.

It was a complex task to understand 6 different brands within one clear look and feel, but the design process felt as if you were talking to that of your own team. They understood the complexities and accommodated them, looking to provide solutions, not refusal. Josie and the team helped shape it in a way that meant it never felt unmanageable.

The site itself is great, utilising Wordpress but with their own integration that enables it to feel easy to use, update, and integrate with other systems. It feels nimble and easy to adjust through the consistent web dev package. Josh has been brilliant in taking our business needs and looking at ways to develop it/ add in additional features, colour-ways, and fix any issues that have arisen.

All of this work was done in a quick timeframe, where again they were accommodating to making things happen as quickly as they could. I am very happy with the results so far, as we continue to build the new business development side of the site, and look forward to continuing the working relationship with TDM.

We have worked with the Digital Maze for many years and have built a fantastic relationship with them. They oversee our SEO, PPC and website development. TDM have undertaken some huge projects for us over the years. Each project, big or small is completed with excellent communication and a can do attitude. We have regular meetings and daily contact from our team at TDM. I would recommend working with them wholeheartedly.

Absolutely shocking service, an inability to follow client instruction when creating the most basic web site. Painfully slow.
Be wary of price gouging.

Axiomatic Technology approached TDM to work with us on building a much needed new website. They really impressed us with the work they put in before getting the contract, understanding our needs and what we could improve upon to get the best result. As this was a big investment for us, we needed to be confident that we'd chosen the right partner and we felt this from the beginning with TDM.

The designs they came up answered our brief brilliantly and they have supported us throughout the whole process, being responsive to ideas and requests for help

overall a huge mistake and waste of money

I made the mistake of choosing Frogspark now part of Digital Maze to build us a Wordpress site in 2020. Cost of the build was £6,700 + vat. I summarise the reasons for the poor review below:

1. Not e-commerce friendly
The customer process was slowed down, from adding loading pages to adding up to 20 steps in the customer checkout process. On launching this site our conversation dropped by more than 30%.

2. Slow site / Plugin bloat
It took up to 15 seconds to load our site on older devices. The site was built with modern mobiles and Apple products in mind. The site was launched with 52 plug-ins bloating our site and slowing it down. We regularly experienced bugs with plugin conflicts causing issues with payment handling, and customers being unable to add products to the cart. At the outset of the project we were assured that everything would be coded and they wouldn’t rely heavily on plugins.

3. Poor Project Management
It’s no exaggeration to say that Frogspark delayed the launch of the site more than 30 times over the course of six months. They would regularly claim to have done updates, that when checked simply hadn’t been done. They were careless implementing their own design, so I needed to micromanage their mistakes and inconsistencies with their own design. We’ve discovered careless mistakes like the cookie consent code being inserted twice, causing customers to have to close the request twice.

It should be noted that as soon as the last invoice was paid, we spent another six months post launch chasing them to fix things they said they’d fix in their own work, all part of the original project. They never took or return my calls, and were slow to respond on email communication. This is not what you need from an IT company.

We’ve spent thousands of pounds since launching on conversion rate optimisation and site speed optimisation and developers have discovered many careless mistakes in the code in the process.
