Very professional and punctual

I had an ear problem two days before going on holiday. Got in touch and was seen late on that day. The problem was quickly fixed. I was also impressed either Simon’s manner and professionalism. Looking around his surgery I saw quite a lot of new equipment. I will certainly go back if I have any more ear problems.

Answered all questions, solved problems I had, really good service

It was very easy to make an appointment and the availability was very flexible. I discussed the problem I was having and he gave me a clear explanation on what treatment he was going to provide. The procedure was very quick and he talked me through it and made me feel at ease. The treatment was successful.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was explained and the wax removal was carried out with precision and care. My daughter is delighted that she can hear again.

Every step was explained. The gentleman was very gentle and made me feel very relaxed and spoke in a very clear.

Simon is professional and friendly, he explained everything really clearly to my son and went over and above to make sure he felt comfortable and answered all his questions. Really excellent service, highly recommend.

The waiting room and treatment room were comfy and spotless. The service was fantastic and the actual treatment was exactly as described, and was quick and worked perfectly well. Simon was great! Simon explained to me how my ear infection had occurred and that my doctor should have advised the removal of my ear wax as well as putting me on anti-biotics. He gives a very professional service.

Appointment was at 10 o’clock and was on time. Met the ear specialist who went through the procedure I was having everything was conducted in a professional manner and during the procedure I was kept informed and all throughout the appointment I was dealt with professionally I would have no problem returning for further treatment

Easy to use website to make booking. Friendly professional welcome. Completely pain free clearing of my ears ans I can here perfectly now. Wish I had gone to see him first rather than trying home treatments bought from chemist that did not work.
