James reached out to me from a letter about my eligibility for ECO4. I was curious about James and the ECO4 grant which i’d learnt a little bit about.

In honesty, my expectations were low. There are so many scams these days so I was hesitant at first. But after talking to James for 30 minutes I was really comfortable in taking the process forward once James worked out I was eligible. He collected all the documents needed to go forward and once I was approved in 2 weeks paired me with a great installer. The installer had all the bells and whistles when it came to them being qualified so I knew i was working with the best. They really took care of my house, kept it clean and tidy which was my main concern.

James was great to have as a safety net making sure i was updated throughout the process.

Would recommend for people who are eligible for ECO4 to use James and the The Eco4 Expert Team. Really good, just a simple and easy process with big benefits.

I didn’t know about ECO4 or even how I was eligible, but James was great and told me everything I needed to know. After working with James I knew I was eligible for a new boiler. Working with James saved me thousands of pounds. If you hear from James you should work with him.

If you are talking to Eco4 and James you are in safe hands!
I spoke with James as he sent a letter to my Grandma about helping her with Eco4. I am very protective of my Grandma as she is vulnerable and suffers from a medical condition. So of course I had to make sure that who she was speaking with was safe.

After chatting and doing some research it all checked out. James gave me references and links to the government websites and Ofgem information on Eco4. He knew what he was talking about so I happily started working with him.

It was a process but after some weeks and making sure my Grandma was happy we set an installation date to fit a heat pump and insulate her house. I am super happy with how the whole process went and how great James was with me and my Grandma.

You are very much in safe hands and I appreciate him for helping us with everything.

My dad received a letter from James around 8 weeks ago. My dad called me and said he got a letter saying someone could get him a free boiler. I was like… really? I checked over the letter and thought this is something that could help my dad as he lives in a small terrace house in Liverpool with a super old boiler with nothing done to the house in years. He’s on state pension credit so he didn't have the money to help himself.

I talked to James for my dad and was assured James was in this for the right reason, to help people in need. I gave him all documents needed to process the application for my dad. But best of all James constantly asked if my dad and myself were comfortable and happy to continue the application. We didn’t feel rushed or surprised by anything in the process.

8 weeks after applying my dad had his new boiler (he’s chuffed with it) and also his loft insulated. He’s so much warmer and happier in his home and we wouldn't have done it without James reaching out to us.

I’ve got some of my friends to reach out to James and work with him as I know so many people he could help. James is really there to hold your hand and make sure your comfortable from the start to finish.
