My journey with Elevate Yoga so far, is very inspiring and interesting. Initially I started, to get a mind body connection after a surgery. But now it has become a vital part of my routine. This is something I do entirely for myself and it is getting me healthier in may ways 😊

They have one of the best yoga practitioners as teachers.
The fact that these classes are online doesn’t matter because they instructors will do posture correction very precisely even through video.
Elevate yoga has made my morning yoga routine hassle free. Love it!

I was reluctant to join an online yoga class but my first group class with yoga teacher Nidhi was amazing. Smaller groups and so much attention to each individual. I liked it so much that I signed up for the personal classes. Nidhi is amazing - kind, patient and calm. Elevate has great teachers - I wouldn’t think twice before signing up with them.

So honestly ,i think you all are the best teachers online .
The exercises are close to perfect for me ! Just what I was looking for.

I have been doing Yoga with Elevate for more than 2 months now. Both the teachers Pratiksha and Nidhi are expert instructors with deep knowledge of yoga poses. I tried several other online yoga classes but was never happy. However after joining Elevate I am feeling very different. The way Pratiksha and Nidhi pay attention to each and every posture is really great. They are genuine in their role as instructor. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an online yoga class

I attain YOGA SESSION last 20days and enjoy the session.
Feel Flexibility and Strength in my stiff body.
Yoga Teacher : Pratiksha excellent knowledge of Yoga and make my position correction. Beauty of this Session is that not too much crowd and effectively view on every class members (No. 3-4).

Absolutely a refresher from all formats because here the instructor doesnt have to look into so many participants. I hope that doesnt change.

Yoga flow is simple and still challenging.

" I have been practicing Yoga with Nidhi since 5 years. When I started I was completely new to this world of Yoga and meditation as I was always busy with my family, my job etc...but today I feel Yoga is an integral part of my life and this has developed only because of Nidhi and her yoga sessions...apart from making me fatless and develop strength and stamina, it has immensely helped me to build confidence and bring about mental peace by letting go certain issues which used to keep me worried earlier. I suffer from PCOD and have been struggling with irregular periods. Yoga helped me tremendously with this problem. But I couldn't attend in-person classes after moving to USA. The Elevate Yoga is perfect as I can attend online according to my flexibility. And the teacher is amazing and inspiring. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
