The Face Mask Store Reviews

Easy ordering process, speedy delivery and good quality masks. The fact that they were in my favourite colour, pink, and that a donation from my purchase went to the pink ribbon foundation was a huge bonus

Good quality and arrived on time

Sent wrong product at first (valved FFP3 instead of unvalved FFP2) and didn't respond to the first couple of emails due to a transient technical problem. Swiftly resolved once I got in touch via a different channel. Would buy again!

Rang for information and a helpful, friendly girl assisted me. Items get sent so quickly. I have used the company on a number of occasions and I have never been let down.

Have used Face Mask store a few times and have always found them competitively priced and good service. On this occasion, there was a mislabelled order (it happens!) and their service has been exemplary in sorting it out - efficient and above all, genuine, trusting and friendly, putting the customer's needs before their own. Highly recommended

The service was fast, efficient & friendly.
I got what i wanted with no problems at all.
The company is doing a good job.
Just keep it up

Best face mask I've found yet. Great coverage and stays put. It's comfortable too.

Quick delivery, very reasonable price

I was sent the incorrect order (ordered two masks without valves, but two masks with valves arrived). I emailed on the same day the wrong order arrived to inform them, providing my order number and photos of the incorrect delivery. I never heard a thing back. What a waste of my time and money.

[Update 19/10] as soon as I published this review I sent a follow up email and was contacted immediately with an offer of a free replacement. It shouldn't take a negative trustpilot review and chasing to get to this situation, but I appreciate the offer so I uprated my review from 2 to 3 stars to reflect this.

I took advantage of the promotional offer and tried a free iMask. Nice in black. I’ve a largish head with a long narrow face so find it hard to get a good fit. Large masks tend to be too wide and regular ones not long enough, so move around when I speak. I’m very pleased to report the iMask fitted really well and was very comfortable and easy to breathe too for an FFP3. Key features are a good stiff nose wire, adjustable cloth elastics (not rubber bands) that feed through the mask - really easy to adjust, and a generous and comfortable closed cell neoprene style foam across the nose for the full width of the mask, giving a really good fit without leakage. A much better fit for me than both Aura and HY in this cup (3 part) style.

Staff always very helpful. Good range on products and deliver on time. Our go too mask store

Quick delivery & good price; what's not to like?

The most important thing? My GVS Elipse replacement filters were packaged in a good, strong box. (Filters are fragile...)

Thank-you. (And a better price than buying direct from the GVS store on Amazon (UK)...

A very trusted source for RPE. Full marks.

Well now, I ordered what I required from a wide selection, it was sent out reasonably quickly, and seems to do the job

Rapid response with the right items in stock

I find the products on face mask store very good value. The mask and filters I have bought have been top quality and long lasting.

Great offers and delivery time. Very quick to deal with issues
