Quality of the item was poor (christmas Santa). When I asked to return and refund they told me to return it to an address in China at my cost! I would not use this company again.
Don't buy form adverts of Facebook who are not legitimate retailers. Very disappointed.

Less than one. Product arrived after 3 months. Broken. I sent a video as requested twice. I still.have not had a response. It's now 4 months. They are a scam. Avoid them at all cost. I had to spend twice as much on my grandchild's christmas gift because they didn't deliver.

Absolutely a bunch of liars and thieves

Not even one star, I’d do none if I could! Ordered something (3) it arrived in almost 7 weeks, broken and only 1. You get replies to emails missing the point and taking days for the reply. This company should be closed down on all UK social media platforms. Outrageous products, prices and service. I don’t check but I paid £60+ for something which is under £10 in UK stores 😞

My experience with TheFamilysPlace.com has been extremely disappointing. Their refund policy clearly states that customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. I followed this rule: I received my order and emailed them 2 days later to request a return.

However, they did not reply until 13 days later — and only to ask for the reason for the return and to request photos and videos of the items. I immediately sent everything they asked for, but after that, they completely stopped responding. No update, no refund, no support.

This shows that they do not respect or follow their own refund policy. Their communication is extremely poor, and there is no honesty in the way they handle customers.

I give this website less than 1 star, and I do not recommend anyone to buy from TheFamilysPlace.com. Save your money and shop somewhere more reliable.
