Scam, Wrinkled, Worn, Stay Away

I wasn't able to view inventory in my size prior to joining the service and providing my payment information. The clothing arrived worn out and discolored with unreasonable pricing should you want to keep an item. Nothing fit as sizing was way off. You get two rentals per month, so I was hoping for a better outcome for my next shipment, and I barely had any choices on what to rent in my size - 16/XL. I had two pages to choose from. I picked what I liked best, however, none would have been my choice and again, the clothing was worn out and nothing fit - almost like the clothing was shrunk by being washed so much. I use another popular service for years and they are hands down 100% better than this service and even less expensive. I signed up for discounted trial and then was told by customer service that I couldn't cancel before using their service for two months and they offered a discount for me continuing to the third month. Customer service was responsive, but they replied in circles and told me that they couldn't offer me a refund at all and they couldn't cancel my contract without charging me for the second month. I wasted $100 and the funny thing is that they are also committing fraud because even after I cancelled my contract, they kept trying to attempt to charge my credit card. However, I had locked my card so I would get notifications of them trying to charge me - they tried to push through four additional small charges. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Also their clothes come extremely wrinkled wrapped in tiny bags stuffed into a bigger bag. Other rental services send clothing on either hangers or rolled neatly into a nice zipped up package. Returning items is not convenient either and you have to wait for them to get your order back in order to unlock your next shipment. STAY AWAY from this company and try another service. RTR and Nuuly are amazing.

I wish I read more reviews before…

I wish I read more reviews before starting Fashion pass. I had ONE successful order. I went to place a second and received someone else’s order . Customer service is nearly impossible to reach as you can only talk to them via email and it takes about 3 days for a reply. I signed up for this just for a trip where I needed nice clothing and didn’t even have the order in time :( There are so many clothing rental company’s out there so I have cancelled my membership and am going with another one.

Outstanding service and amazing flexibility

If you are searching for a clothing subscription, you’ve found the very BEST one. FashionPass has completely exceeded my expectations. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you’re always taken care of, and they’re incredibly responsive. I also love how flexible the membership is — being able to pause it whenever I don’t need new items is such a game changer. The clothes are always stylish, the process is easy, and the experience feels personalized. Highly recommend!

Customer service was exceptional! Very quick response time and extremely personable. Probably one of the best experiences I have had dealing with an online website with clothing.

Omg this was the BIGGEST waste of…

Omg this was the BIGGEST waste of money. I purchased 2 dresses. One came with a hole. I immediately took photos and emailed them. It took days (more than a week?) to hear back. They made me ship the item back and gave me a store credit only (minus the shipping fee!!!) so I essentially PAID money for an item that came with a RIP! I understand that there is generally no money back, but on a DAMAGED item? I so disgusted, I just used my credit and plan to never purchase from them again.

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!! Truly impressed.

I was honestly blown away by the customer service from FashionPass. I reached out with an account issue and received such a fast response. I wasn’t expecting it to be handled so quickly and efficiently.

Their team was incredibly prompt, helpful, and made the entire process feel seamless. They not only fixed my issue right away but also made sure everything was clear and resolved on my end. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping, which made such a difference.

Such a smooth experience, really impressed and so grateful for their support!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service - I was trying to track down a package to make sure it comes before a trip and they responded nearly immediately. Packages always arrive so quickly and they have always been so accommodating! Highly recommend.

11/10 Customer Service and Quality of Clothes!

Wow their customer service is amazing. I have used many different clothing subscriptions and the clothes from Fashion Pass are by far superior in quality and cleanliness. They come wrapped individually, unlike other subscriptions that come and arrive in a big cloth bag and they actually feel dirty and sweaty. I never have to iron the clothes or anything, they are perfectly pressed! But I also love how quick their customer service is in replying to questions and resolving any 'issues'. I didnt even have an issue, I wanted a specific dress that was always rented out. I messaged them to see if they could help me or if they had any idea on when it might be restocked, they got back to me and said they would give me a 24 hour old on the dress when it comes back in stock so I could grab it for my event. I was amazed! Shoutout to Cristina, who I was emailing with!

Cute clothes and the best customer service!

I’ve had such a great experience with Fashion Pass! Their clothing selection is always so cute, trendy, and perfect for any occasion. What really stands out, though, is their customer service — it’s honestly the best. The team is super responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever you need anything. They make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for stylish pieces and amazing support!

The clothes were all in poor condition. They were stretched out and had wash wear and looked like they’ve been worn 100 times.

I love FashionPass! The clothing service itself is great, reliable, and high quality clothing. The customer experience is top notch! Anytime I’ve ever had a question or concern the team is kind, helpful and caring. 10/10 recommend!!

Stellar CX, More sustainable way to participate in Fashion

Fashionpass' CX team is always bright and attentive.

I wanted to specifically shout out Emma for her help.

I've recommended FP to friends who are fashion girlies but need to conserve space in our closets. The sourced pieces on the site are from companies that I personally gravitate towards. I treat myself to a FP round whenever I feel like I have multiple special occasions coming up.

In general, the experience is very smooth and anytime I've had a problem, the team has been prompt and thorough in their responses. Ty. :)
