"Product well delivered and conforms to the description. However, when ordering on the site, the delivery costs according to the destination were mentioned but not the customs fees. However, these costs are of practically the same value as the product itself. It is a shame not to mention that customs fees apply because the total price becomes quite high and other suppliers offer more attractive prices for similar quality".
OUR RESPONSE

IN ENGLISH
Dear Agathe
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that your order was delivered well and met your expectations regarding quality.
We do mention on our website that customs fees may apply for international orders, particularly as these costs have become more common since the UK’s departure from the EU. However, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when these fees significantly increase the total cost and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Your feedback has highlighted an area where we can improve and we will be working to make this information even more prominent on our website. We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully informed about all potential costs before placing their orders.
Our team will also be reaching out to you via email shortly to discuss this matter further and see how we can better assist you. Your satisfaction means a great deal to us and we value your input as it helps us refine the services we offer.
Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to grow.
With Love & Respect

We are really glad the sea moss and gel guide hit the mark for you and we are stoked you liked the soursop tea leaves—just a little something extra from us! I bought sea moss, soursop, cinnamon and moringa leaves. The order arrived very prompt, and everything was as expected, I have made my first batch of Sea moss gel which I'm thrilled with, and will be re-stocking from here.
I also got a free purple sea moss as a gift. Thank you

By far the best seamoss I have ever…
By far the best seamoss I have ever purchased! And I have been around the block.. I always order from farms straight out of st lucia but never been this satisfied. You can tell they put a lot of effort in drying it properly so you don't get ripped of with the wages. Also nice packaging and very good customer service. They respond fast and try to help with what ever you need!
This is the real deal !
Will order again and again and again ;)
