Yes communication with this company is poor . Delivery should have been within 3-5 days . All I get is a receipt the day I bought it, then waiting for a despatch order but nothing for days so I called them. Yes yes they say it’s in the warehouse and should be sent the next day . Nothing the next day so I call again .
I finally get a shipping email and tracking number. It takes several days but I did receive my order.
I should not have to be calling them.
I must say the rugs are really very nice and just what I wanted for a fantastic price but the stress of not knowing if they’re coming at all was daunting. I give a five star for rugs but office communication 2 stars . They just need to give consistent communications to the customer.

The rug I received is wonderful and exactly how I thought it would look. Rug arrived in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier!

Delivered in good time, perfect condition, great quality, I love it, love it!. While waiting I thought, oh, I didn't check the size, is it going to be surprisingly small, but no, it's huge, I love it! A big daddy of a beast. A bit of country for my house in the city. Love it.

I ordered 2 x black rugs & received 2 x blue rugs. When I raised it they stated that colour is within their acceptable variation therefore would be a change of mind return meaning I pay shipping & a 20% restocking fee. There isn’t a black thread on either rug. I would never purchase from this company again. They have zero integrity & can’t be trusted.

Bought the Mineral rug it was delivered promptly and rug was as described. It is a lovely additional to room and very happy with service. I discovered after ordered could get same rug locally but this online price was the best

I made and paid for an order, but was then informed that the product was unavailable (which had been listed as available on the website and I had been given an invoice for). I tried to call 6 times, but the call either went to a full message bank (not allowing me to leave a message) or was told they would call back, but they never have. I tried to change the order to a similar product but have not received a response. I have not received either a refund or support in choosing another product, and it is now days later.

The flooring guys website was amazing and offered the best price for the rug. Delivery was smooth and quick and the rug was delivered neatly packed.

Frustrated!! Have emailed several times left a voicemail and still waiting. Ordered a rug and still waiting for tracking number after a few days.

I placed an order for floorboards with this company in early June. Following the purchase, I received no information regarding when the order would be ready for collection. After 10 days I replied to the order confirmation asking when it would be available, but no response.

Then I called them in July, their representative apologised and offered free delivery for the upcoming Friday. The delivery never arrived, and the company made no attempt to communicate the delay.

I then called again to follow up as I heard nothing and obviously the product was still undelivered, and I was explicitly promised a full refund. However, after being promised this refund, I became concerned that the company might attempt to force an unwanted delivery to bypass my right to the agreed upon money back. Shortly after that call, I received messages trying to pressure me into picking up the order at their Slacks Creek location instead. I declined, reminded them of the agreed refund, but the runaround continued.

Throughout this entire ordeal, communication has been highly unprofessional, requiring me to correspond through up to now 4 different personal mobile numbers that contact me.

In an attempt to resolve this, I visited the store in person. The staff member claimed the showroom was "disconnected" from the warehouse and could not process the refund directly, but assured me they would call them to finalise it. I am still waiting - so obviously another lie.

After this I sent a written email outlining the timeline thus far, and that I request only written communication going forward and that I was expecting my refund as agreed. After sending this I was CALLED (I didn't pick up) and TEXTED again asking if they could deliver. Someone else replied to the email saying "We will definitely deliver on Wednesday, if not delivered, the refund will be processed instantly." Firstly disregarding that a refund was agreed upon and not delivery, and of course I have not received the refund, so now I am leaving my honest reviews.

In my opinion, I would strongly advise against using their bank transfer promotion despite the discount, as you will really need and want the security of a credit card chargeback if things go wrong.

As you can see by looking through ProductReview and Trustpilot, my experience is far from isolated. The runarounds of delays, zero communication, shifting excuses, and withheld refunds are a clear recurring pattern. Their negative rate on ProductReview is currently at 39%. While their public review score on Google may look high, this does not reflect real customer experience.

Based on my experience and similar reports online, this business appears to rely on communication breakdowns and prolonged delays, knowing that most consumers are too busy with work and daily life to endlessly chase them for resolutions. The combination of unreturned communication, shifting excuses between showrooms and warehouses, and withheld refunds points to a systemic pattern with the aim to exhaust you into eventually giving up, as you may not have the time or resources to pursue formal legal channels and are left stuck absorbing the financial loss.

I am escalating this matter to the relevant authorities.

DO NOT BUY A RUG FROM THESE GUYS their hidden T&Cs are outrageous. I bought a rug from them had accidentally ordered the wrong size, emailed asking if i could swap for a smaller size and they said yes but i had to pay a $27 back to factory fee and they were going to charge me double on the freight to send back to them $99 then another $47 freight fee to send back to me. I paid $180 for the rug including delivery which was only $47, they were only going to offer a $54 refund after i paid the back to stock fee and deliver to them via freight. I questioned the back to stock fee, the delivery and even asked if i could return to store and they would not allow me to return to store it had to be done by freight. I said NO then they offered my $14 to keep the rug but not leave a bad review. They don't do returns - WATCH OUT for this company!!

Apart from taking ages for an in stock item to be delivered, when it was delivered, they left it out the back in a loading dock where anyone could have just grabbed it. The instructions were very clear TO BRING THE ITEM INTO THE STORE. The address is SHOP 60 not THE LOADING DOCK. There was no signature it was only that I happened to notice an email with a photo that I finally was able to get there to collect the rug. This is totally unsatisfactory and makes your RUG company look bad I will definitely not be buying or recommending this company to purchase rugs.

I purchased the Arabella rug. Fantastic rug at a fantastic price. Have seen it at other stores under a different name for a lot more money. Very happy!

The rug is absolutely beautiful, exactly the colours I wanted and great quality. I saw another review about no communication and length of time to deliver, did it come overnight, no, but when you're supporting a genuine Australian business, give them a break, they're not Temu

Ordered a week ago and still haven’t got an email to say it has been shipped. No one will answer my call or tell me what is happening with my order. When I ordered it, it was indicated on the website I would have it within 10 days and I am now a week on without it having even been shipped yet and no one will reply to my emails and calls just go to voice message. Terrible service and unrealistic timeframes provided.

Speedy delivery, easy purchasing and the rug looks exactly as pictured. Very pleased.

At my school they have the NFD Arizona Oxford Blue on Black Carpet Tiles in my classroom and I got carpet burn multiple times on it, and i recently have one on my knee that has a horrible dark red graze and is taking months to heal.

I have a great experience. They have done so well. They finished it really quickly and the quality is excellent
