Less than 7 days from the UK to South Africa is honestly impressive by our standards here. Amazing work from Sam Macer and the team. May the company continue to grow and grow.

The materials themselves are top grade, but what really stands out is the level of care behind the entire experience. The communication throughout the process was professional, calm, transparent, and extremely supportive from start to finish.

Packaging deserves special mention. Opening the box honestly felt more like a ritual than simply unpacking supplies. The Fragrance Foundry clearly understands its audience and clients. Everything was packaged beautifully and extremely carefully, with elegant presentation and real attention to detail throughout. Even the smaller touches, like the way the books and 10g materials were secured and presented, made the experience feel thoughtful and refined.

Despite the complexity of international customs and duties, the communication and support throughout the process were exceptional, and the shipment itself moved smoothly and arrived safely.

I found this store looking for materials that weren't available anywhere else.

Delivery was very quick - this is important because the other stores are VERY slow.

The bottles are labeled not just on the side but on the top so you can find it in a drawer, you also get a little pack of preprepared stickers for your dilutions.

Overall, the quality of the product and experience; bottles, stickers, speed of delivery, is to a higher standard than other stores.

The Fragrance Foundry does a lot right. High quality products, speedy dispatch, excellent customer care, a website that is easy to navigate and is packed with excellent, and useful, information about the products it stocks.
From start to finish, you are kept in the loop and aren’t left wondering if or when your product will arrive. I’ve never had a problem with my order, but I know that if I ever should do, it will be dealt with fairly.

After a terrible experience with my first ever purchase of perfumery supplies from a UK based small business, I ordered some items from this online store. Sam Macer is extremely knowledgeable about perfumery and I've been learning from his YpuTube channel for a few weeks now. Found out he had a store and I:m so glad I did. He's professional, the products are all well and nearly packaged. The website is easy to understand, simple yet beautiful and functional. I appreciate all the information about the different raw materials he gives. The delivery is so quick I won't mind if it gets slower as his business grows because it'll still be faster than most other online stores. He and his team couldn't do more, customer service wise. They really do go above and beyond. High quality products, at a good price...a positive experience all around. Keep up the good work!
