They sold the same account twice. I paid 215 USD for an account I can't get into. I've talked with the person playing on the account I paid for, they also purchased it from this site. Tried to contact customer support and no response. Consider this company crooked and save your money. This is unacceptable for a business and I will continue to inform others of the theft commited.

Reviewing your purchase I do not see any activity with that account after it was purchased by you. The listing was marked as sold and I do not see where anyone else purchased it.
If there is a third party involved it would be quite helpful if you could ask them their name so we can try to cross reference any purchases on the site. If they do not feel comfortable doing we can also cc them on your support ticket or they can contact me directly @ (email removed) to address this issue.

Customer service need improvement
I bought an account from them. Says 30 minute to 2 hour delivery time Monday-Saturday with the prescribed times. I opened a ticket with no response and I tried calling customer support with no answer. Going on 24 hours now with no response. Unacceptable from a company that you pay hundreds of dollars for a product hoping for the best. It would be nice to have better support for the future.
