The Gold Bullion Company staff were efficient, polite and helpful. Being able to collect my purchase as I live in the locality was a bonus and I could see the Company and staff in the flesh.

Competitive price
Competitive price, I've bought before from another company and they are so much more expensive. Next day special delivery is a bonus, I could arrange for a delivery on my day off. Really pleased with my purchase, the delivery and the emails keeping me informed. I would buy again and recommended this company.

Update: GB co. is apparantly reachable just by online chat! very disappointing that a valuable asset trade company can't do comunication right, yet the customer service was doing good.

Hi Joe, We apologise for your frustrating experience. We have reached out via the Trustpilot platform in an effort to identify you and look into why emails have gone unanswered. The closure of our phone lines was necessary to allow our small team to focus on processing unprecedented order volumes, as was the case with other bullion dealers. We have posted regular operational updates on our website and sent emails to our customers who have opted in to our newsletter system.

This was my first buy and I was a bit nervous about the shipping but the fact that I received an email asking me to confirm who will be receiving the parcel which gave me some comfort. But to be honest when the parcel came the mailman didn’t ask for the name of persons I specified in my email. He just gave it the my grandson who is 12 years old and who could have misplaced it. Fortunately my son was in the house and took it from my grandson.

Antwoord van The Gold Bullion Company
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us and for confirming that your amended order has been delivered in full.
We apologise for not fully explaining why we were unable to supply the number of silver Krugerrands that you initially ordered. You ordered the last of our stock of 2024 coins and unfortunately, on examination, some of them were found to be damaged and were not fit for retail sale. Once you had agreed to us substituting 2025 Britannias for the damaged coins your order was amended as requested and shipped.
Our thanks for your stated intention to consider us when purchasing additional precious metals and we hope to be of further service in the future.
