I ordered some Pro V1’s B grade. Wasn’t expecting them to be too good, but was impressed with the quality when received them. Quick delivery and friendly service on the TikTok live. Even got a free glove! 🧤

Paid, recieved nothing
I have not recieved my balls after paying and providing the correct address. They were sent to another address, after a couple of correspondences of which I have had to chase everytime I still have not had the issue resolved. Very dissapointed will not use again.

The box was sent to the correct address however royal mail stated the customer had advised them to deliver elsewhere, apologies for the slow response as im currently in New York so theres a 5 hour time difference but i did let the packaging team know about the issue but it hasnt been picked up & i apologise for this.
Anyway I have now issued a full refund for the order to yourself, hope this has resolved your issue.
Any further orders made will be shipped via Special Delivery Signed For.
