Engineer great . but company getting expensive price for boiler service nearly double from them taking over from Nicholson.

The engineer telephoned to say he would be arriving in 10 minutes to service my boiler and he arrived promptly.He was very professional and did a thorough job.He also provided me with some advice on what temperature was needed for my central heating.
Very pleased with the service he provided.

I have used The Good Heating Co. for my boiler servicing and repairs. Frank the engineer was courteous, professional and friendly. My old boiler needed a repair and was given quote before the work commenced. I like to pick the brain of tradesmen and Frank was open and amenable to my questions. Which I liked very much and it assured me I was dealing with a man who knew his trade. I would highly recommend this company.

First class engineer who clearly who had a clear plan from the beginning.

Polite and friendly staff. I needed a new boiler and Simon took time and did the appropriate research to suggest a new boiler suited to my needed. The work was completed in a timely fashion and at times that were suitable to me.

James is an amazing painter. The quality of the work is great. He did the work as planned. I thought he did a lot of great preparation before painting. However it did leave a lot of dust but maybe can't be helped. Would get him again

All though the engineer did not arrive when i expected him he was efficient. He did leave part of the cover off which i can,t fit back on

Very helpful and friendly service engineer

The Good Heating Co now offer other services, so I asked for some work by an electrician
This was completed in good time and I am pleased with the result.
However there was a delay in receiving the invoice and I had to enquire at least twice before getting the bill.
As this is a new endeavour I think over time things will be worked out and this won’t be a problem.
Any issue is usually dealt with promptly.
I recommend this company for any work .

Arrived on time - adopted a thoroughly professional attitude including cleanliness and carried out all checks as required - wasn't expecting to pay immediately but he explained in a curteous manner therefore i was satisfied - well done..

I reported the boiler fault at 9.05am and an engineer appointment was made immediately. He arrived on time and the repair was completed well before 1.00pm. I was very impressed by the fact that he had a replacement synchro-motor in his stock in the van. The system is now operating satisfactorily.
