Got a call 30 minutes before appointment. Our engineer was bang on time and did an absolutely thorough service. Back office staff were great to deal with at setting up the heating plan.

Central Heating Servicing
We have our central heating and fire serviced every year along with Gascare.
They have always been thorough with the servicing and if we have had a problem, they are quick to attend and resolve the issue.

When I first telephoned to make an appointment their system was down and although I left my details to be telephoned back they never did. I had to call them again 2 days later. That said an appointment was made for an engineer to call with 4 days. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Great communications again from Simon and Hanna, and the work was delivered to a very high standard, very efficient, fixed all the issues on top of the main ones of radiator install and valve replacements - would definitely recommend GOOD Heating Co. to anyone

Boiler service engineer rang in advance and…
The engineer rang in advance and arrived on time. He was friendly, carried out the boiler service efficiently and then bled the radiators before giving advice about how to use the radiators most effectively. Happy customers.

Gas leak
Gas leak. GHCo got us an engineer as soon as practical with a confirmed date.
Engineer was very good. Explained in straight forward terms and showed what he was doing, which helped understand the issues. Also, planned our expectations in how long he might be so we could plan other things we had lined up to do.

I was very impressed with the way the booking of our service was handled by Simon even when it had to be re-arranged.The engineer arrived on time and seemed to do a very thorough job. So all in all a job well done.
