From start to finish, the service we received from the Granite House was definitely worth five stars. Lynne in the showroom was welcoming, friendly and gave helpful advice; she was also very patient and diplomatic when I changed my order halfway through the ordering process. A wide range of samples were stocked and we were able to take some home to see how they looked in situ. The template measuring was efficient and precise and the fitting team were skilled and adept at overcoming problems with fitting around my sink and taps. Everyone we encountered from The Granite House was a pleasure to do business with and I can't recommend them too highly.

Great experience from start to finish, we wanted a small granite counter top to sit above a half height wall for our en-suite.
I first made contact through email, we then popped to their showroom to look through their extensive selection of off cuts, chose the colour/design we wanted and within a week was collecting a well finished piece of granite that looks great and fits exactly into place.

Good experience all round! This is the second work surface we've bought from TGH; impressed by the experience when renewing our kitchen we used them again for the laundry room. The quote and order process is simple and easy - they tried to get us the best deal - and the templating and install was quick and efficient. And it looks good! Thanks TGH.

Very helpful, great service

We have used The Granite House for the last 10 of our kitchens and every time the complete service has been performed perfectly. Every survey has been spot on to the millimetre, installation timely usually 5days after survey with a professional and friendly team.
I have used several other companies and none of them are even close to The Granite House. Wouldn’t use any other company now! From the perspective of a small high end Bespoke Cotswolds development company.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Good product well designed, carefully measured and expertly fitted. Not cheap but neither unaffordable. All staff friendly and knowledgeable.

I have used the Granite house twice now, once for an indoor kitchen and am now in the process of having another top fitted to an outdoor kitchen.

Both times I have found the team prompt, helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with.

The Granite House team in Bicester were very helpful from start to finish. We visited their showroom and staff were very approachable in advising us of the quartz options. When it came to templating our kitchen, we were given some good advice and suggestions as to what would work well for us. The fitters were very pleasant and professional when installing the worktops and splashbacks and were meticulous in their workmanship. The end result was superb.
We would highly recommend this company.
