I ordered Molecule 01 as a present for my partners birthday. We were both very disappointed with the fragrance as it did not smell like any other Molecule 01 we have purchased previously. The reason we only gave one star is purely due to the fabulous travel case.

Was about 20% cheaper than usual retail price. Dispatched and delivered so fast. Great example of doing the basics as a business and valuing our custom. Deserved 5 stars.

This is my first order with The Grooming Clinic who I found online as they were the only Company that stocked the product I wanted. My package arrived today and first of all once I opened it, it had the most gorgeous scent! I’ve never known this before and couldn’t stop smelling the box! Strange but true! Is this a perfume? If so I’d love to know what it is? To also find a free sample of another product was also a lovely touch. Now I have found this website I will definitely be revisiting to browse again. First-time buyer. Not happy with the quality of the deodorant stick. Despite not being opened until 4 months after purchase, there were no problems getting a replacement. E-mails answered courteously and almost by return. The customer service was superb.

I think this company really places a considerable amount of priority on customer service. Their range, prices, and delivery really are first class. I used to buy my Jack Black products from a high street chemist at full retail price. The money I now save by going to The Grooming Clinic, is considerable, to say, the least. Even when you phone them, they are always so helpful. They've found yet another loyal and happy customer to add to their ever-growing list.

I have ordered a few time now from TGC and their service has always been first class, from any enquiries I’ve had (to Steven their Customer Happiness Manager) to such speedy delivery. For example I placed an order yesterday late afternoon and it arrived by 12:00 today, can’t beat that!
