The Guardian crossed the line with the updated "Africa map", where they removed Crimea from the territory of Ukraine. This is extreme prejuidice.

The renewal process for a digital subscription is totally unreasonable.
I called to be told that it is my responsibility to cancel despite not receiving a renewal notification. I am
Now stuck paying for a service I no longer want for a further 11 months.
Dreadful customer service that will mean I will mean I will never return or even buy a newspaper in future.
More lies from the left
What could have been an interesting piece in the Guardian today on crime, however it is full of contextual lies. No surprise it’s from Kings College, a left wing university. For example:
The King’s study finds that Reform voters wrongly guess that 70% of people convicted of murder are from ethnic minorities (in fact, it’s 35%)…”
Ethic minorities make up 17% of the UK’s population. Didn’t mention that did you? So in reality, at 35% of murders, ethnic minorities murder at double the rate of non-ethic minorities. Such lies from the left merely to try and score points over Reform voters. Shameful reporting.
One of the few news sites that report…
One of the few news sites that report all facts, instead of the overtly biased mainstream media like the BBC or FT, not to mention the Telegraph and the likes. I used to get my news mainly from BBC or FT many years ago but not anymore. So Guardian is where I go for news now, instead of opinionated views disguised as facts. It maybe a little be leftwing but at least it presents all the facts. I just wish the site bombard me less with ask for help. I do contribute but as a weekly reader can't really fork out for the subscription (which it claims will reduce the number of asks...)
Very poor subscription service and customer service nonexistent
Very poor subscription service following the recent ‘update’. Having enjoyed reading the digital app version of the newspaper for years, and paying £120 per year annual fee for it, paid at the beginning of May, I found that by the end of May, access to the app stopped. To re-gain access I would have to pay another £60 for the same service - well, a reduced service, following the separation of The Guardian and Observer some months ago. The cost increase is excessive, on top of which, of course, as existing customers, we are expected to do all our own admin. Why couldn’t whoever is in charge have made the transition easier to understand or just easier?
I have tried to ask about this but the response has just been to repeat the information that I can no longer get the app. Genuine customer service seems to be nonexistent.

The invective set out against the Guardian by eejits calling to left wing makes me thing they are not so bad after all. What frustrates me is the move in recent years towards a student rag apporach as they try to win a younger audience. It tries to be balanced with commetary by people as divers as Simon Jenkins and Owen Jones, but still gives too much time to trivia best left to the Mail.
One of the few independent, trustworthy media sources…
'The Guardian' is one of the few independent, trustworthy media outlets in the UK. The fact that it has so many trolls on Trustpilot writing absurd reviews straining the one braincell in their heads to write is, frankly, a huge recommendation for the product.
Totally biased to the left wing
Totally biased to the left wing. Why can't newspapers just report facts.
Quality journalism
Genuine fact driven reporting using statistics and data with supporting links.
Sadly demonised by many biased xenophobic roundabout painters as you would expect who want their prejudicial views vindicating.
Desperate 'asks for support' are annoying.
As a casual visitor to the home page, it's annoying to find the lower half of that page blocked by a demand for money. If you click on an item, the same thing happens to the new web page. Yes, The Guardian needs to pay for its activities but this constant wheedling has lost its effect. I also read The Daily Telegraph and The Daily Mirror websites for balance, but they are less intrusive in their 'asks'.
The great sources of news.
The great sources of news.
Convenient website, no intrusive ads even in case of a free version, no fake news.
Maybe its my lack of IT skills
Maybe its my lack of IT skills, but I can not remove the all pervasive extreme bias this disgrace of news "reporting" that is forced on me through Google.... ah maybe I've answered my own question!

The Guardian is a rubbish media outlet that has proven its left wing bias.
Avoid reading this crap if you want real news.
Brilliant!!
This app has gone backwards
Terrible to navigate. There is nothing intuitive so the only option is to keep pressing buttons until something appears. Unbelievably unusable.
The latest edition doesn’t always load when you open the app. There are no messages of assurance.
The move to make the digital product look like a paper facsimile is bizarre and a retrograde step from where the app was before.
Whoever is making the decisions about the Guardian’s digital strategy needs to consider their future.
Poor quality propaganda page
Poor quality propaganda page. They lie. They are extremely biased. They are the Nazi's. Claim that others are liars and dangerous, but claim to be independent and not billionaire owned. Yet they are billionaire owned and still beg for money.
One of the worst media groups
The Guardian loves to demonise everyday brits
The Guardian love to portray and demonise the British public. Everything that we apparently do is ‘far right’ and ‘fascist’. Angry about the state of our country? ‘far right.’ Concerned about the rising levels of illegal immigration? ‘far right.’ Have different political views? ‘far right.’ It’s so one sided and hypocritical, it’s insane. I’m sick and tired of looking at articles that make everyday, parents, grandparents, sons, daughters etc. look hateful. it’s not true. Everyone involved should be ashamed.
The gaurdian is horrific news outlet
The gaurdian is horrific news outlet, so bias i have never read a objective article, amazing they are still going
